How do I respond  to this in 100 words ?   Ethics in the business world are one of the most important aspects of the modern employee. Ethical manufacturing is achieved when the manufacturing process prioritizes good health for all parties involved, including the environment, workers, and consumers. Ethical businesses want to operate in the best interest of the workers (Bakker, Rasche, Ponte, 2019). The health and happiness of the team members become a priority, going beyond the standard legal requirements. Companies that follow ethical manufacturing have a greater percentage of happy employees than companies that do not (2018). At Toyota Boshoku Denso, we have an annual review from a third party vendor that comes to our facility and performs an anonymous audit of employees. The employees are randomly chosen that participate in the audit. When he results of the audit are provided, all the managers are involved in the process. The results come from top management and trickle down to lower level managers. When an ethical audit is performed at any organization, the audit should be specific to that organization (Ferrell, Fraedrich, Ferrell, 2017). An audit that is performed at the local Walmart, should not be the same audit performed at an auto manufacturer.
