MGMT Mobile Company (MMC) offers mobile services to users on a monthly subscription basis. 
Special discounts are given to customers for frequently using their pre- or post-paid mobile service.

As a new employee of a team in the IS Department of this corporation, your manager wants you to 
produce some reports for him to review for the next quarter, such as which types of customers should be 
targeted for special offers and how much money is received for taxes.
Reports reaching Executive management revealed that all of the outlets were receiving increased orders
for mobile phones. These requests comprised features above and beyond the basic characteristics of
mobile phones, such as Wi-Fi or cellular access to the internet or a Bluetooth connection to another 
device; a battery that powers the device; a physical or on-screen keyboard; touchscreen interface; a 
virtual assistant, such as Siri, Cortana, or Google Assistant; the ability to download data from the 
internet or another device and wireless operations. Furthermore, these specialized features labeled 
“above and beyond the basic characteristics of mobile phones” originated from personnel in sales and 
service, education and health care industries
