Concept explainers
explain and proivde anylyses what are the diagnoses and current and potential future treatments for adenocarcinoma tumours colorectal cancer (colon).
And Make linkadge too CIN, MSI, CIMP pathways.
Give detailed examples of treatments for the disease.
adenocarcinoma tumors colorectal cancer (colon) can be diagnosed by following tests
1. Blood test- Due to this type of cancer large intestine bleeds. Complete blood count includes red blood cell count indicates bleeding. Also, we can detect the level of carcinoembryonic antigen. An increased level of this antigen indicates cancer.
2. Colonoscopy- A flexible, lighted tube called a colonoscope is inserted into the rectum to visualize inside the colon and rectum.
3. Computed tomography (CT or CAT) colonography- Medical images are taken and observed skillfully.
4. Sigmoidoscopy- A flexible, lighted tube inserted into the lower colon and rectum to check cancer. This upper part of the colon cannot be visualized.
5. Fecal occult blood test (FOBT)- It is used to find blood in feces or stool as a sign of cancer.
