- Between each 2 kN force, there is a gap of 1 meter.
- There is a 2-meter gap between the last 2 kN force and the first 4 kN force.
- The gap between the two 4 kN forces is 1 meter.
- From the last 4 kN force to point B is 0.75 meters.

The beam rests on a surface at point A and is supported by a pulley or a roller at point B.
