You have finally made it! This week, you will submit the last piece of your project. Identify if there are any business process changes, provide a high-level timeline, write up a recommendation, and provide your proposed solution. These are items 8, 9, 10, and 11 of your template. You should also complete the overview of your project (there is a heading at the template, under which you should write your project overview). The overview should include what you found out from your analysis and if you think you should proceed. The findings you have come up with will be fluid and will evolve but giving your management team or whoever you are presenting to an idea of what to expect, always helps get funding approved faster.

Use the wbs.doc template provided below as well as samples in the text as guides. Save the WBS in list form as a Word file. Be sure to base your WBS on the project scope statement you created, stakeholder requirements, and other relevant information. Remember to include the work involved in selecting the rest of your project team and outside resources as well as coordinating with the cloud-computing providers. Use the project management process groups as level 2 WBS items or include project management as a level 2 WBS item to make sure you include work related to managing the project. The execution stage which comprises the bulk of the work done on your project should list all of the services your are migrating individually within the WBS to include the system, data migration, and testing of each system listed in the cloud computing case. Migration should be staged and not done simultaneously for all of the systems.arrow_forward

For example, your list could be: Venue rental: $(Enter amount) per day Catering: $(Enter amount) per day Entertainment: $(Enter amount) per day Decorations: $(Enter amount) per day Staffing: $(Enter amount) per day In the third column, use a formula to calculate the total amount you will spend on each area/task over the three days. For example, if you plan to spend $5,000 on venue rental each day, the formula would be "=5,000*3" to calculate the total amount of $15,000.
