The region that I think will be impacted the most by climate change is the polar regions of Earth. The region that I think will be impacted by climate change the most is the Northeast. Along with rising sea levels, the change in seasonal weather patterns impacts the wildlife as well. The migration and hibernation patterns of wildlife in the northeast depends on the temperature and changing of seasons, and if that cycle is affected it will have a negative impact on the wildlife in the Northeast region. Also, increased heat in the summers will cause an increase in wildfires in this region. This past summer there was an issue with air quality in the northeast resulting from wildfires in Canada. As climate change continues to increase the temperature, wildfires will become more intense and more common. Therefore, the Northeast region will be the one most impacted by climate change.
