Can you give a response to this post. Ask any queations at the end of it. Thanks! I think this class helped me better understand reverse logistics and its components. I have gained the ability to classify and define the components of a reverse logistics system across diverse sectors, including defense/government, high technology, manufacturing, retail, and service organizations. I tend to agree with previous posts that more real-world case examples would have been useful, as learning through real-life case studies allows to see how the course material can be applicable in real life. Taking this course would be definitely important for anyone who is studying supply chain management. It would help students understand what happens after you buy something—how products return, get recycled, or go to waste. This knowledge is super important because it's not just about saving money for companies; it's also about making customers happy by handling returns well. Plus, in today's world, where being eco-friendly is a big deal, knowing about recycling and waste management is a must. Overall, I am happy I took this course and I hope it the knowledge I got will be useful when I get a job in supply management field in future.
