Axons of the lateral corticospinal tract synapse mainly with :-
a- lateral motor neurons
b- medial motor neurons
c- intermediolateral neurons
d- interneurons

Expert Solution
Step 1

The white matter motor pathway begins from the cerebral cortex and it ends on interneurons and lower motor neurons in the spinal cord. There are millions of neurons in this tract. These neurons become myelinated generally in starting two years of life. The corticospinal tract is a pyramidal tract and the corticobulbar tract is another pyramidal tract.
