On or about 10 September 2018, whilst offering the young lady the lift /ride as described above, you misconducted yourself as a member of the academic staff of the University by touching her without her consent in a sexual manner by caressing her right knee with your left hand, causing her to push away your hand.

A few weeks later, the lecturer sent pictures of himself to the named student without her consent and sent videos and pictures of himself from his personal cell phone without her permission; Having regard to the facts and circumstances as alleged above, as a member of the academic staff, you breached the University’s policy against sexual harassment.
