X = (1.5 m/s)(4 sec)
= 6 m and the starting point was at x = 10 meter so the car will be at x =16 meter after t = 4sec here the car stops for 3 sec so from t = 4 sec to t = 7sec the car stays at x =16 m.
from there the car moves in negative direction so the velocity is negative i.e. - 2 m/s for 10 sec hence in negative direction the car will cover a distance x = (- 2 m/s)(10 sec)
= - 20 m from x = 16 m
so the final position of the car will be at x =16 m - 20 m
= -4 m at the time t = 7+10 = 17 s
