6. Madame. The 26-year-old, unmarried JR was brought to the ER after police found him standing on a bridge shouting "If I can't have children, then no one can". While in the ER, the patient experienced severe agitation and was frightened to see the doctor and nurse shouting "Don't take my child". During the assessment, JR admitted that his husband worked in a government office. She discovered that her father and roommate together with her husband wanted to snatch her unborn child for disposal. He discovered this from magazines and advertisements on television. He also always heard the whispers of his dead mother saying "You have to outsmart the baby thief by killing yourself." JR has no history of mental illness and has never been hospitalized. Patients always experience agitation when answering all questions from reviewers. JR works as a customer service but since 3 years ago his behavior has changed. The patient was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia.
