These last five weeks in EXP 105 has really helped me learn a lot about learning in general, and also it has helped me to understand myself as a learner. If I had to explain the concept of learning to someone who has not yet taken this class, I would tell them that it is simply knowing who you are as learner and knowing what are your intentions are when it comes to learning.

The benefits of knowing your unique learning patterns are for one you already know how you should approach different tasks to get them done. It takes the guesswork out and saves you time to go back and finish something you did not understand later. While learning patterns are strong tools to have in your tool box by themselves, sometimes it is necessary to have strategies to go along with them. When it comes to sequence I do not always think that a strategy is necessary because it is always important for things to be organized for them to look neat and flow smoothly when it comes too writing at least, and that is how I tried to think about every learning pattern and assignment in this class. My strategy for mu use first precision is to keep it at a minimum without being boring, less really is more sometimes. Technical reasoning will remain as it is since it is use as needed. I definitely know that my strategy for confluence was to intensify it a little more so that I can try to warm up to it and try to incorporate it into more of my assignments. The way that I took advantage of my strengths in this course was actually using them when I was completing assignments.
The biggest challenge of my learning patterns was figuring out when and how to use them. It gradually got better once we discussed FITing and decoding assignments. It did not take long for me to grasp those concepts and after that everything became clear and it all made
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the movie called “Steel Magnolias” (1989) directed by Herbert Ross.
After learning the different learning patterns, I realized that many things can be classified and grouped simply by finding the pattern. In other words, we never really realize there are patterns in our actions and everyday processes until they are titled and classified. The thinking and learning process is an amazing thing and knowing in what order we perform these operations can help us to accomplish goals more realistically, knowing our capabilities and realistic abilities will enable us to both learn more efficiently as well as expand our mind and try to utilize every aspect of the learning process and strengthen our

Along a murky riverbed, long devoid of life; a lone roach scuttles along. It is often said that their kind are the only thing that can survive an apocalypse, apart from the ever changing shell of this rock hurdling through space and time. This creature, as resilient as it is fowl, may ever toil in peace; for it has no sentience or desires, and merely seeks to fulfill the simplest tasks, passed down and hard-coded into it’s DNA. Without want, pride, or a sense of being, it simply locates and consumes sustenance; in an ongoing cycle intermingled with periods of compulsive reproduction. A duty which has been the sole, simple undertaking of every member of it’s species for countless millenia. All around this creature, the land expands outward

Precise is my use first, I feel this learning pattern is the one I use the most, the reason being I always have task to complete and I will not quit until it is accurate and correct, I will go over and over it again until I feel it is what is required of me to do. When a new task is brought to me I need to know all the details, what do you want me to do, how do you want it represented, when do you want it done, why is it required to do it. Once you give me all the details and I have asked a hundred questions- because I will and I feel comfortable
As I am entering into the final semester of my MLS studies I have the desire to gain more working knowledge of various library types and their practices. I would like to secure a practicum that will enable me the opportunity to gain practical hands on experience in a special library. Though this experience is not required for completion of my MLS degree I feel that the knowledge gained from this practicum placement will be invaluable. It will help create a more well-rounded and versatile professional base to draw from as I continue in the library profession.
I have learned while in college that the best ways for me to learn are by being able to see or write down something because it is something that I can review and still be able to grasp the concept when it is needed for a test. This strategy was helpful when I was in my English and math class. The second thing that also helps is viewing models because there is something that is tangible which makes it so much easier for me to be able to learn this is the strategy that I used while in my biology. The help of peers has also helped me with my learning process as well because there is not as much pressure when going up and talking to the teacher about what is wrong.
Abstract Eugene Flegm has a long history in the field of accounting. He has seen a lot over the years and has come up with four paradoxes which accountants deal with. Of the four paradoxes, two of them have a direct correlation with leadership and management. The paradox of balancing “soft” skills and technical skills is the first paradox. The paradox of the education of accountants is the second paradox that deals with leadership and management. This essay will consist of defending Flegm's paradoxes while bringing in other sources to help the argument.

Personal learning styles are highly complex and unique to specific individuals. It is often difficult to pinpoint an exact learning style. Though there are different categories, we often fine tune them to our own abilities. By examining our traits and tendencies we create a clearer understanding of how we process and learn information. With careful review, I have developed a specific analysis of my learning characteristics, including an evaluation of skill levels. Based on what I have recently learned and know from experience, I have also devised a structured plan for improvement of time management and study skills.
It has been perceived that a country with natural resources is wealthy economically but others view it as a societal spell. Discovery for natural resources might either lead to a blessing or a curse due to uneven growth rate of countries with abundant resources (Tsui K. K. 2011 and Larsen E. R. 2005). Some countries tend to grow economically quicker than others. Oil discoveries may generate confidence in economic growth at the same time could have undesirable consequences to a democracy.
