In 1994, 5 year old Eric Morse fell 14 stories from being thrown by two boys, Johnny and Tyrone. The two boys were 10 and 11, and they threw Eric out of an apartment window because he would not steal a piece of candy. Eric Morse, at five years of age, knew right from wrong. This shows that at age 10 and 11, as Johnny and Tyrone were, that they must have known what was right. They knew that what they were doing was wrong, therefore Johnny and Tyrone are to blame for the death of Eric Morse.

Dave Rose is under a lot of fire, of which for those not BYU fans or in that state of Utah this makes no sense. Dave Rose is working on another 20+ season and has seen BYU to either the NCAA’s or NIT play for the past couple of years now. No, it is not the final 4 that we all dream of, and not that dream is not happening every year like some of us think (irrationally I might add) it should. Still with all of this there are some saying that it may be time to move on. Move on from the guy who found you Jimmer, who put BYU basketball back in the national spotlight, move on from a guy who has dedicated his time and probably his health to BYU.

I was shocked to hear that in 1863 38 Sioux men were killed, ordered by President Lincoln 2 days after he signs the emancipation of proclamation. The terrible injustice the Oglalalakota Nation has endured and continue to this day to endure is heart wrenching. Shepard Frey’s art work is amazing and gives food for thought to those who might know of this injustice. It’s bold and straight to the point with strong pictures bring attention to issues that plaque our country. The pictures that Aaron Huey took were also shocking, I don’t understand how we declare all these natural catastrophes run in with government support but yet ignore a whole community that suffer due to founding

The theme I have chosen for my story is outcast as it is relevant to current society as some individuals continue to exclude particular people. The excluded individuals are usually racially discriminated against. Discrimination has recently impacted my life due to the way I dress in order to fulfil my religious beliefs. Certain individuals discriminate against the majority Muslim women, as they believe that we are oppressed due to religious head garment we commit to.
