Born in Hamburg, Germany on January 5, 1924, Karl-Heinz Schnibbe from a small age was a protesting and arguable person. He always had a kind tone as his friend Rudi Wobbe once said, but in the inside had a burning desire for what he wanted, just like Helmuth. He too joined the Nazi youth forcefully, but later quit unknowingly during Helmuth's plan to dethrone Adolf Hitler. Karl Later wrote books about his journey with Helmuth and Rudi, in which describes the hardships and the problems faced by himself and others supporting the Anti-Nazi circumstances.

A social media app by the name of “Yik Yak” has been creating conflict among several colleges across the United States. Yik Yak is anonymous, meaning that the user can view and post messages to anyone within a one and a half mile radius without giving a username, photo, password, etc. Despite several situations, Yik Yak is mainly harmless, however, recent occurrences have proved otherwise. Racist and sexist posts, as well as some threatening comments have caused students to feel awkward, hurt, and even threatened. The question is, should colleges ban Yik Yak?

Would one feel right living in a world where if you are not perfect in a group of peoples eyes, there would be consequences? The citizens of the Waknuk community are finding themselves to be getting further away from perfection. This is important because as people try to be so perfect themselves and making everyone around them perfect, they are eliminating people who are not perfect making not anything but perfect.

The death of Aaron H. Swartz is a tragedy on many levels. First, because the life of a promising young man, and contributor to society, was needlessly cut short. Second, who knows how far this young man’s innovative mind, vision, and abilities could have gone towards improving the quality of life for the people of our current society? And third, because what happened to him, can and does occur to many others. Clearly, in his case, our government went on a witch hunt due to pressure brought on by wealthy and powerful organizations. Exacerbating this situation, most of the Congressmen supporting SOPA and PIPA had no real clue as to the dangerous and chilling affects that those bills would have created regarding access to the free flow of information on the Internet.

Having good leadership methods in place at an organization is vital in bringing success to a company. Steve Jobs is highly stimulated and has a strong idea of what he wants for Apple to achieve in upcoming periods. He is a transformational leader, and this, “ represents the most popular current view of leadership. This leader is characterised by a capacity to create a highly motivating and absorbing vision of the future, and has the capability to energise others to pursue the vision. “ ( Claremont McKenna College Journal ). Jobs has put in a huge effort to create a strong framework of control and direction, for example, “ Since returning to Apple, Steve has put as much energy into creating a strong management structure as he has into the products. “ ( www.ft.com ). This is highly effective leadership, trying to improve the design of the organisation in order to achieve more efficiency.

Leadership style is a leader's style of providing direction, implementing plans, and motivating people. There are many different leadership styles such as leaders in the political, business or other fields. Steve Jobs (24th February, 1955 – 5th October, 2011) is one of the most remarkable leadership people in modern history and he is well-known as the co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Apple Inc (Misa, 2011, p. 919).
