When someone has a question, I can give them the right information. I am very dedicated to this server. I know that being a staff member is a big responsibility and I think I am finally ready to take that opportunity. I also know the server and the forums pretty well. I help new people and watch the chat. Because I am active so much, there would always be at least one staff member in the lobby when they are needed. I could be in the lobby during I am active and make sure everything is going well. I always ask how people are doing, to make sure they are ok. What makes you a worthwhile helper?: I'm a worthwhile helper because I always play games like Creative, Build It, Sumo and OITC where I always see people constantly swearing and being mean to other players. I've noticed it to be the worst in Creative with all the rude roleplays, I've also seen cases where people are in the hub asking for a moderator or helper to help in certain gamemodes and stop a hacker, (In sumo I always see people hacking by using anti-knockback hacks). I can understand this really ruins the game for people and it annoys me to see people

This server was the first server i ever went on when i was in 6th grade and now im a freshman, so about 4 years now.

I work diligently to treat others with utmost respect regardless of whether I agree with their point of view. Finally, I believe that when individuals feel empowered and valued they develop pride in their work and are more willing to make meaningful contributions toward team goals.

I work closely with my team ensuring that all staff are treated with respect and encouraging them to develop their own skills and knowledge whilst sharing their experiences with colleagues.

(Especially Factions). People use autosoup, forcefield, and knockback, which is unfortunate and unfair towards a lot of the players on the server who play clean. Everyone would enjoy the server more if it was played the way it should be. I will help people who try to scam, or trickery by using mischievous chat such as /pay [name] -[amount]. We all know that does not deduct money from one's account, but a little kid may want to fall for it. That may provide him/her with a bad experience on the server. With me as a Helper or other staff member, I can help clean up the server, answer questions, give info, and even build. (If you ever need a builder)

The purpose of this paper is to touch on the issue of Hacking. It will go into detail about the history, evolution, future and prevention of Hacking. In addition, this paper will discuss different types of hackers and their motivation behind hacking. This paper examines the major impact caused by malicious hackers and give modern examples of such attacks. To conclude, it will predict how hacking will be in the near future and give the precautionary measures Information Security professionals can take to mitigate the risk of being victimized.
