Exercise: Just why? “I need to work out today.” Everyone in their lifetime has probably said that more than 100 times. But, do they need to work out? Yes. Working out or exercising is a key part in staying healthy. I think that the 3 key parts of staying healthy are 1: Eating healthy, 2: Getting a good amount of sleep, and of course, 3: exercising. That’s why people “need” to work out. They want to follow these healthy habits. Of course, most people don’t succeed. But, we all try. Because, working out or exercising is for you and your overall health. One reason exercise is good for you is that exercise helps you stay fit. Fitness is an important part of staying healthy. You need to stay fit in order to keep your body parts from failing. Your whole body relies on your fitness. People who don’t work out often turn out overweight or too skinny. According to WebMD, exercising helps boost your heart rate, which helps make workouts easy. So, for people who think working out is hard that sentence proves you wrong. You create something called a body image. A body image is the way you view yourself and your appearance. People who view their body image as bad are often considered fat. Not, all people who have a bad body image are considered fat. This is just an example. Having a bad body image often means having a bad self esteem. People who have a bad self esteem seem to have social problems. But, I think people who have a bad body image should be motivated to reach a body image that you can accept. Now, sometimes you just can’t change your body image, and that’s fine. Accepting who you are is a good thing. But, I also think when you work out and get fit that also improves your body image. In order to decide what number to first use in your problem, you find the thing that has the least information, for example, "Sarah had 5 times and 1 less cookies than Cara, and Fey had 2 times as much as Cara. In all there was 103 cookies. How many cookies did each girl make?" In this problem you would start with Cara because she has the least information, so she would be first in our equation, represented by X. The results of total cookies Cara made will help us find out our other variables by giving us that base number to find the totals. For instance if Cara had made 13 cookies, to find how many Sarah had we would multiply X(5)-1 to equal 64 cookies,

Yet it could also be viewed as the way other people see you. Body image, in medicine and psychology refers to a person 's emotional attitudes, beliefs and views of their own body (Positive and Negative Body Image). According to Positive and Negative Body Image, a negative body image develops when a person feels his or her body does not amount up to family, social, or media standards. Many people feel as if they don’t measure up to the belief of others. People who have accepted the way they look often feel good about their image and would be considered to have a positive body image. One’s appearance may not be measure up to how their family expects it to be or how it is perceived to be in the media, but once people learn accept and be proud of the way they look they’ll be better off in the long run. When a person is measured against the standards of the beauty seen frequently in the media and it doesn’t compare to how they feel about themselves it become discouraging. Having said that, long-lasting negative body image can affect both your mental and physical health which could lead to eating disorders down the road.
