Attention Getter: Are you tired of being of gaining weight or just feeling sluggish all the time? Do you have health issues? Well exercising can give you good health and psychological advantages. Central Idea: I want to persuade my audience that when you decide to exercise it helps you majorly with your health and you life. With that being said lack of exercise is harmful. Being obese can cause you to have high blood pressure and ultimately diabetes. [TRANSITION] By me telling you that by you not exercising, you are putting yourself in health situation by developing many health issues. Next, lets see why exercise is so great and you don’t even need a lot time. MAIN POINT 2: You don’t need a lot of time to exercise but the rewards are great. So, exercise and take the good advantages of it. Benefits of exercising. Sub-Point a:According to CDC.gov in there June, 2015 issue on physical activity, Regular physical activity can help you keep your thinking and judge mental skills sharp. Research shows that doing aerobic exercises can give you great mental benefits. Some scientific evidence also have shown even if you were to do lower levels of exercise it still will be beneficial to you. Sub-Point b: Another great benefit is being able to control your weight. Physical activity plays a critical role in weight control. The CDC states that you should work your way up to at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise each week. Science shows that you do not need to do hard core exercise to reduce your risk of a early death. Even doing less that that 150 I mentioned earlier still puts you at a lower risk of dying early. *A person being physically active for at least 7 hours a week have a 40% lower risk of dying early than those who were active less than 30 minutes a week. CONCLUSION: Attention Material: None of us want to die early or none of us want those unwanted pounds we put on.
