Why I Am Grateful For Veterans Essay

There have been many great wars in history of The United States of America, and these loyal, hard working and aging soldiers have come to be called veterans. A veteran is someone who has served or is serving in the armed forces. They are honored on November, 11 every year. That's how much they mean to us. We honor them because they risk their lives saving ours. They should be noticed for all their sacrifices. They should also be honored because they help keep freedom in our country. These are three reasons why they should be honored, there are many more because they do so much for us.

To thank all veterans.thank you for all you did we as a world can't forget about you guys. You all risk your life to keep us in a free country , so thank you for going to war to keep us safe and your family safe . And don't forget the end at the end of the all this because you touched us in a living way and nobody else could do more of what you could do more of what you could and at the end of all of this drama and heart breaking things you go threw too see your people die with all this hard work they did . Veterans sacrificed their lives for us. A lot of those soldiers never thought they would have to actually go out and hurt someone. Throughout the battle a lot of people were really bad hurt and a lot did not make it. A lot gave there arms, and legs for us. They didn’t run away they stood their ground and gave their lives for us. The ones that got hurt or had scars will be the ones you can tell that never ran. Those are the ones that mabey saw others run, but stayed with tears but keep going. For these reasons, we should always be respectful and be glad they did it for us.

As you know Veterans Day is on November 11. There are many reasons why we should honor veterans every year. This essay is going to be three reasons why I think we should honor them. They are willing to give up their lives for their country, willing to give up some of their freedom to protect the lives of people, and have to deal with the problems that come after they have served.

Thank you for serving. I can not tell how glad I am that you served in either the Army, Air Force, Marines, Navy, or the Coast Guard. From any of the wars, WWI,WWII,The Korean War, Persian Gulf War, The War On Terrorism (Afghanistan), the Iraq War, and the Texas Revolution. Thank you for serving. I cannot say how thankful I am that you made the ultimate sacrifice. I have no idea what you have been through in war. I am so grateful that you fought so we could celebrate veterans day, memorial day and all other holidays that only the U.S celebrates.

Our nation past was, well, not always perfect. Without some of our veterans, our country wouldn’t be as free as it is.
