The quick way is when you are panicking and out of breath and the clear way takes a while and is when you calm down and realize it was nothing. Fear is just an Illusion; One that most innocent people can not control. Fear comes to a person when the person does not know what to do and is in an helpless position or in other words insecure. Unfortunately according to many sources a lot of human fear is based on social anxieties and threats. When someone puts one in a situation the person receiving the situation can not control it triggers hyperactivity in the amygdala which causes them to think irrationally. Those who cannot face their fears are stuck trying to move on with life. In our world fear roams everywhere. In our streets, businesses, schools, and homes. Fear has caused wars, and treaties. Fear can cause people to start something amazing or horrific. People can change because of fear of a thing.

We are forced to do what we don’t want to or maybe it is something we want to do. These things only happen because of fear. Fear can either be a dangerous or precious emotion. Fear is, for sure, an emotion that we can not live without. Without fear, we would be mindless machines without a care in the world. Although our other emotions would be heightened, life would not be the same without fear itself. Fear changes what we actually see and feel, it makes us rethink every single thought and decision we come across, and it propels our minds to blame others for something that we originally did. Fear comes into play during many occasions: when you are communicating, when you are in a certain situation, and also during our daily lives.

Fear is a common human emotion, but the way some people react is different than others. Although, it is harder on some humans unlike other people. Ralph Waldo Emerson once said,” Fear defeats more people than any other one thing in the world.” I think that means that fear harms more people than anything else does in the whole world. Also that people can scare themselves way easier than normal and it’s not healthy.

The allure of fear is interesting for some people for several reasons. These people have another perspective of how they react when they see something scary or read it. They don’t react the same way as other people that don’t like scary things. Other people like to be scared. Some people motivate others by saying to them they are not so scary and everything that is happening there is not real, since they use fiction elements, like characters, details and scenarios. These scary elements have real details but also have scenarios that are not real, this means it is magical realism. This thought of liking scary things is a physiological problem. Scientist make an article showing proof that there is a big pole of people that like scary scenarios.

Fear to me is a fascinating emotion. People take it as a negative, but to me it's there for basic survival. Fear can also make people bond. After 9/11, the whole country was in fear. Yet, for the first time I can remember, the whole country was a united one.
