Lincoln, Washington, Jefferson all Great Presidents but Who was the greatest President of all time? A silly question maybe because all of them changed there country in a great way but out of the 3 who helped the country the most. Obviously, It's your opinion on who's the best.
Lincoln, defiantly has his case to be the best. Lincoln had to handle a civil war at his time which could've torn the country apart. Which that war actually turn out to be one of the best things to happen to this country. Slavery is done. But in my opinion the weakness of Lincoln was how many americans we lost in that war. I know it had to happen but they shouldve at least tried to do it a different way. One of the many things that Lincoln did great was he

Some people believe Lincoln was the greatest president. However, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt led our country at times when a great leader was needed. Franklin D. The US has had many great presidents in the past, but one that has stood out the most is Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln was the best president because he helped the union win war against the south, he joined the whig party which he was helping people that were supportive of that group, and he was a hard working attorney always fighting for what was right. He never stopped quit on what he did he stood strong as a leader through tough situations. Abraham Lincoln was first exposed to slavery when he would take trips down the Mississippi river. He wanted to act on it so he joined the whig party/North side to end slavery against
Abraham Lincoln is regarded by many Americans as the greatest president to ever hold office in the history of the United States, and his reputation is definitely well deserved. Lincoln wasn't scared to stand up and fight for what he knew was right. He was convinced that within the branches of government, the presidency alone was empowered not only to uphold the Constitution, but also to protect, and defend it. Lincoln was able to lead our country and preserve the Union, keeping the United States from splintering during the devastating times of the Civil War. As President, he built the Republican Party into a strong national organization, and he rallied most of the northern Democrats to the Union cause. On January 1, 1863, he issued the
There have been forty-four U.S. Presidents over the past two hundred and twenty four years. Some were very successful. Of those few historians, Abraham Lincoln was one of the greatest presidents that ever live. He is responsible for preserving the union, freeing the slaves, and enacting various new policies. Lincoln was a president that never gave up and put his people first. He was strong, confident and believes in his principles. Some of the presidents were least successful. Of those few historians, Herbert Hoover wasn’t very successful while he was in office. He was considered to be a terrible president because an awful thing occurred on his watch. Which was the Great Depression.
Many people often think about who was the one president who really did our country justice. Who was the one president who, out of all forty-two, beats everyone and takes the gold for best president in the history of American presidents? Not everyone who agrees with these thoughts is going to agree with the answer each other gives. However, I bet many of those same people would argue that George Washington was the best president out of all of them.
Abraham Lincoln, guided his country through the most devastating experience during his time—the Civil War. He is considered by many historians and people to have been the greatest American president. Abraham Lincoln, was a self-taught Illinois lawyer and a legislator with a belief that every man should be free in America. Many were shock that he had overcome several prominent continents in the Republicans Party’s nomination for president in 1860. In the North many people agreed that is was fair to let the slaves be free, but for the south who need slaves for picking cotton were not so happy. People in the South, called the confederates hated the idea of freeing the slaves, and this is how the Civil War started.

Thomas Jefferson was the greatest president. His career started around spring of 1804. Jefferson was the third president. He was the author of the declaration of independence and the statue of Virginia for religious freedom. Jefferson was a public official, historian, and implantation owner.
Licoln, Washington, and Jefferson had really good leadership, but only one of them stands out more to me than the others. The one I thought that stood out the most was Licoln because he was commited to his values, used a lot of strategies, and he was aware of everything that was going on both sides on an issue. Unlike Washington and Jefferson.
The United States was founded on the belief that the people run the government: “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union…” With that said, in order to have a “perfect Union,” we needed to form a government to run said Union. Under this belief we created a system of checks and balances; the three branches are the executive branch, the judicial branch, and the legislative branch. The executive branch holds the president of the United States and is in charge of enforcing the laws. John Adams was not only a founding father of our government but was also the second president. Although he may not be the greatest president we have ever had, Adams prevented a war with France.
Some people try to think who is the a good president of U.S.A. I think GW is a best president if I compare with AL. Because I have many reasons to support GW. First, GW was elected by his peers to to twice time. that mean their acknowledged and supported him. also he didn’t adhere to influence as when the peers offer him the role of king and he refused. Second, he also created and enforced many federal lax and big political decisions and he listened to the advisors by suggestion. It he was a good leadership that didn’t dictate by himself. Finally, he was a good model for the 43 presidents who followed up him.
Who is the best president of the United States is a question that can be argued by many people for a lot of different reason, you have JFK who was the second president to be assonated, George Washington who was the first president of the United States, and Abraham Lincoln who freed the African American slaves. To me all of these men did amazing things, but when I hear the question of “Who’s the best president?” my mind automatically jumps to the one and only Ronald Reagan.
We have had our fair share of good, strong presidents of our country, Even from the start. From Washington to Tyler they all helped our country to be what it is today. But the real question is, who was the best out of our first ten presidents ? Well Washington is a good choice. He was a very good leader when he leads attempted to lead his army against the angry farmers in the Whiskey Rebellion. John Adams isn’t a bad choice either. He had a huge part in negotiating the treaty of Paris. All if these men are not bad choices, but its crystal clear that the best president is James Monroe.
Throughout our nation's history it has endured 43 presidents, some of them have been remembered as great men who served our country well and made it a better place. Others are more well known for the scandals they caused and others are hardly remembered at all. Despite the amount of presidents that we have had there has never been a president who stands out as the best president ever. Although there are two presidents from the post world war 2 era, each from two separate parties that I believed both had some of the skills to be the best president ever.
