Ronald Reagan The Best President Ever

Reagan is considered a strong president because of his Rollback policy, which ended the Cold War. The Cold War was a huge deal back then. Many policy were made to stop this War, but none were successful. Until Reagan’s rollback policy which was more effective undermining the Soviet Union than the previous policies of containment or detente .

All of the preisdents play such an important role that helps our country. They all do such great work but there is one president who sticks out and his acheivements are so great that makes him the best. That man is Thomas Jefferson.

Ronald Reagan’s had many accomplishments in domestic policy and the most important one has to be Reaganomics. It was a mixture of across-the-board tax cuts, deregulation, and domestic spending restraint. This theory also states that if the richest Americans are afforded the most tax cuts, the money will be used in commerce and in effect will “trickle down” to the rest of American citizens. It was still debated whether this method actually helps out the less privileged citizens. He persuaded Congress to pass an economic recovery program and it sparked a period of peacetime prosperity. Now you might ask why I choose Reagan .I choose him because he was kind,understanding and had a personality that nobody could resist.He also had a lot of nicknames that people gave him such as, Ronald the Right , the Jelly Bean Man ,and the Great Communicator .

Because of this, Reagan was both underrated and overrated as a president.

In all of history there have been a lot of presidents. Each did something different in their four to eight year term, some were good to this beloved country and some were just god right awful. but I always asked myself "Which President was the best?" or "Which did better for this country?". And as the years went by I have figured out that Abraham Lincoln was the best president that lived because he handled a civil war that could have torn this country in half and issued the Emancipation Proclamation to end all slavery.

Some people believe Lincoln was the greatest president. However, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt led our country at times when a great leader was needed. Franklin D. I believe that Ronald Reagan was the best President of the United States of America. He was raised in a small town in Illinois, and became a young actor at the age of 20. President Reagan was the President from 1981 to 1989. He was the 40th President to serve in the White House. Before President Reagan became the President, he served as the Governor of California. While President, Ronald Reagan forged many wonderful programs forthe betterment of The United States of America.

The United States have had many great presidents. all of the past presidents of the United States have had good qualities. i believe that john F. Kennedy was the best president that the United States has had. he has many great qualities such as charisma, leadership, and peaceful personality.

Throughout our country's history, we’ve come a long way from the first president to our current president. Obama was the best president we've had in the past 10 years, because he changed many things that needed to be changed and he always looked at world as a whole. If I were to agree on who is the best president i would say Barack Obama.

We have had many presidents in our country’s history. The presidents themselves don’t last forever, but their impacts, legacies and memories do.They contributed to generations and future generations. But nobody is perfect and you can’t please everyone so of course in the eyes of some people there were presidents they believed to be better than others. Not everyone’s favorites will be the same. I myself believe that George Washington, Lyndon B Johnson, and Abraham Lincoln were some of the best presidents, but however with all good sides there are bad sides like presidency's I believed that the worst presidents were people like William Henry Harrison, John F. Kennedy, and John Tyler. However like I said before, everyone will have different rankings of the president's let's see if you agree and here are my reasonings.

John Edward Reagan (his father) was a shoe salesman that was an alcoholic. The first time he saw his son he said, "For such a little bit of a fat Dutchman, he makes a hell of a lot of noise, doesn 't he" (Life Before 1). This led to his nickname, "Dutch."
