Romeo and Juliet did have a few flaws in their character, Juliet’s willingness to go along with the plan and Romeo’s impulsiveness, but overall they were extremely naive and never given better options, starting from the beginning of the story. Although at this time people at that age were considered adults, they still needed guidance in decision making. Without the much-needed insight, these two teenagers were completely

The final reason Romeo caused his own untimely demise, is his ignorance to the helpful advice people offered him. At the beginning of scene five Romeo’s own servant advises him to wait before going to see Juliet’s grave “I do beseech you, sir, have patience. Your looks are pale and wild, and do import some misadventure” (5.1.27-29). If Romeo merely had
Romeo and Juliet The story of Romeo and Juliet is a love story that ends tragic for both, and someone is the reason for their deaths. Romeo met Juliet at a dance and they fell in love, Friar Laurence then married them. He and the Nurse were the only ones to know about the marriage. Friar Lawrence's fatal flaw is his short-sided planning, leading to Romeo and Juliet's fatal demise.
