Who Is Alexander The Great?

I think Alexander deserves the title of Alexander the Great. He was 20 years old when he launched his invasion into the Persian Empire. The evidence I will use are these documents. The legend of the helmet, document D. The battle of Porus, document B. Alexander's empire compared to the Roman Empire, document A, E. I think Alexander was great, because of the size his empire and how little time it took him to make.

Alexander inherited Macedonia at age twenty, and he set out to conquer Persia immediately which was considered the most powerful kingdom in the world. Alexander was to born to be a king. He was taught by Aristotle training and excelling in politics, sports, and warfare. He even eventually grew such a high belief of himself that he considered himself to be a god. News spread of his great power intimidating many rulers resulting in some of them surrendering. From many years of fighting he sustained many injuries weaking hi health. He became ill while feasting and later died at age thirty three. Some people believed he may have died from Malaria but no one can ever be sure. In Egypt, a pharaoh could execute a person for no reason. A good leader needs the traits of leadership, intelligence, discipline, and integrity. Alexander The Great was a powerful military leader and a king. His reign lasted 11 years, during the time of ancient Greece. Within those 11 years he conquered land from Macedonia to the Hindu Kush mountains with an army of 40,000 soldiers. I have always been told that “coaches make great teachers”, I never questioned this statement until I desired to be a teacher. During my hire as an assistant coach at RCC I also strive to become a teacher. I took up the opportunity to be a guest speaker and teachers aid for a sport psycolohy class. After every class the teacher commented on how I did, the good and bad. This helped me tremendously. This experience showed me that all my experience as a coach, as a girls bible study leader, and as a student myself gave me all the tools I needed to be a good teacher. Though this I found a new love and passion to teach.

Those are all the things I heard when I was left behind from my friends. I should have known to not get too attached to anything.
