I know the price is unbelievable for this location, but it is indeed the correct price, in the correct neighborhood.

That being said I do have those weeks were I am a hermit because its important to have down time. I have two indoor plants that I grown in the windowsill. I like to keep the apartment orderly, but am not a neat freak. I usually clean the bathroom and vacuum about once a week, or every two weeks if life is really hectic. Since we have a dishwasher I prefer if dishes aren't left in the sink, however I understand if you have to dash and go. A cup, or a plate here and there is fine, but I try not to let dishes pile up for more than 12 hours. I am respectful to other people dietary preferences, but I am an omnivore
About You: I am looking for someone who can easily afford the rent and utilities, and not someone who is attracted to this add because it fits in their budget and they can afford this, but not comfortably. The ideal roommate would be someone who likes this rent because they need to pay off student loans, or like to save money to travel. The apartment is big enough for two people but doesn't have a great amount of space. I am more than happy to share dishes etc. I would like someone who can easily pitch in for household supplies ( toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels etc) A roommate that also has a 9 to 5 job is ideal, but not mandatory as long as we can both respect each other sleeping schedule. I want someone that I can get along with, but we don't have to be best friends. I am looking for someone who is living their best
Life insurance is meant to provide funds to replace a breadwinner's to protect and support dependents. Chad and Haley are dependents, not income providers. Therefore, the purchase of life insurance is unnecessary and not recommended. The Dumonts should use the money they would spend on policies for the children to increase their own coverage.
People are still living on $2 a day here in the United States. As one of the wealthiest countries in the world, how is it possible for people to live with this little amount of money? I know that I cannot. In $2.00 a Day, Jennifer Hernandez, a single mother with two kids, is a person who lives on $2 a day as she tries to survive and support herself and her kids in the collapsing economy. The minimum wage job for cleaning houses reinforces the cycle of poverty that Jennifer and her kids live in. This cycle of poverty reveals that there needs to be major changes to the economical infrastructure of the United States since the poor cannot get themselves out of poverty even though they actively look for work or have a job.
The process for room selection is not overly complicated. Students are randomly assigned a number (this varies from year to year, in 2016 students without a requirement were given numbers 1-3999 and those with were given from 4000 up.) Then there are selection rounds based on how many roommates you intend to have. When it is your desired round, students put down their intended roommate(s). If you and the intended roommate(s) match up, your numbers are averaged and you are given a time to select your room.
Erica and Shira are two friends looking for a place to stay before their first year of college officially starts. In the spring term of their first year they had found a two-bedroom apartment that was close to their school but it was also expensive. Even though they both had jointly paid the security deposit, Erica was the only one present to sign her name on the lease.
Opportunity cost is the value of the next best alternative in a decision. Imagine that you have $150 to see a concert. You can either see "Hot Stuff" or you can see "Good Times Band." Assume that you value Hot Stuff's concert at $225 and Good Times' concert at $150. Both concerts cost $150 per ticket, but it would take you a couple of hours to drive to Hot Stuff's concert and you have to be in school (the next) morning for an exam. Good Times' concert is right here in town. Explain how you would assess the opportunity cost of seeing Good Times in concert. What is the opportunity cost of going to Good Times' concert?
My Ideal Roommate(IR) is someone who is also and ambivert. She would be clean, organized, and respectful of my space and property. My IR would also not frequently bring her boyfriend (if she has one) to the room. My IR would be someone who confronts me when there is a problem so we can fix it immediately. My IR and I do not need to have anything in common but we both need to be respectful of each other. This means that if she has a problem with me she will speak with me about it instead of sharing details of said problem with other people. My IR would also be a person who is not judgmental and accepts everyone has they are. My IR would abstain from bringing alcohol and drugs into the room. She will let me know in advance if she will be coming
Agreeableness is average, meaning I do not try to be either cooperative or antagonistic towards others. I generally take a laissez-faire approach to my relationships and do not have an invested interest because I do not believe I can significantly impact the long-term well being of others. During conversations, I do not inquire specifically about their personal lives, I let the other person tell me what they are comfortable about talking about and what they want me to know. Conscientiousness is also average. I have a fair balance of structure and spontaneity. There is just enough control and regulation in impulses to maintain a harmonized flow of daily life that will allow for spontaneous activities. For example, school work is more or less planned out by the day to prevent falling behind, but I will still embark on spontaneous adventures of bicycle rides to abandoned warehouse roof tops at midnight on a school night. Survey results are consistent with how I view myself generally. While it is impossible to be completely objective in self evaluations, I think I am fairly in tune with my inter- and intra-relationships because I make an effort to heed feedback. When interacting with others I pay attention to their facial expressions, body language, tone of voice, and not only their words, but their silences.
I wish I can insert a petty meme to describe myself because I'm not great with stringing words together to make myself seem like something I'm not. I'm going to be honest and let you know that I love having a great time, I can't stop binge watching Netflix, and I am a snap chat addict. On my phone I have a whole album called " memes for depressing times" and I am willing to share that with my future roommate so we can get through life together.
Barnes & Noble does business -- big business -- by the book. As the #1 bookseller in the US, it operates about 650 superstores throughout 49 states and the District of Columbia under the banners Barnes & Noble, Bookstop, and Bookstar, as well as about 200 mall stores using the names B. Dalton, Doubleday, and Scribner's. The company's GameStop subsidiary is the #1 US video game retailer with about 1,500 stores under the names Babbage's Etc., GameStop, and FuncoLand. Barnes & Noble owned about 75% of online book seller barnesandnoble.com after purchasing Bertelsmann's interest in 2003; Barnes & Noble then purchased all remaining shares and took the company private in May 2004.
The price ceiling is the maximum price a seller is allowed to charge for a product or service. An impact on society includes when the prices are so high of a product, that no one can buy it. A price floor is the lowest legal price a product or service can be sold at. When market price is at its lowest, it may still be too high for consumers to purchase products. Governments can intervene for any purpose, and they are the ones who set these price controls.
What aspects of eBay’s strategic capability are easily copied by new entrants and if so would you copy them and how would you copy them?
In general, I am ambitious, pleasant, sweet, and honest. I do not let anything stand in my way when it comes to my future, also when it comes to my boyfriend. If I want something, I am going to get it, in any possible way. I am also an open person, but I watch what I say to certain people, because they might take it the wrong way. Being clean is my thing, everything has to be super clean, I can’t stand anything messy; for instance, I don’t lay on my bed until I have shower, because I don’t want any bacteria or germs to go on my bed, I really am a germ freak. That is just how I am; on the other hand, my boyfriend Randall is mean sometimes, lies, and he is not organized, he is so messy too and I cannot stand that. Everything with him is very much unorganized and completely messy. Like my car, he has all his personal belongings in my car, it should not even be there, his personally things should be at home, or he can at least put his items in the trunk, where it is less noticeable and organized.
Today, numerous people share rooms with their roommates everywhere. I used to live with roommates when I studied in university and worked in big cities in China. This phenomenon is very common currently. Many students live with other classmates in one dormitory on campus; some workers share the room with other people in big city because of the high rent fee; the others who living with someone else would feel safety and take care of each other. So, for these people, it is very important to find a nice person to live together. I would choose a good roommate who has some good characters such as integrity, keep everything clean and good at communication.
As a child the most important place to me was the block in my neighborhood I grew up on. It was a particularly long and very wide street with several pairs of incredibly tall palm trees spread throughout both sidewalks. There was no shortage of playmates; almost every other home on the block had children around my age I could play with. There was also an older generation of teenagers that hung around together. I also had other family members living down the street from my house on the same block. As the children played daily so did the adults. The men of the block all met daily after work rotating from one home to another. They could be seen sitting around every
A second characteristic is the aversion to depending on others. I have found that in group projects, I would much rather complete all the work instead of relying on others to contribute because I know that it will be completed correctly and satisfactory. Again, regarding to living with roommates, as frustrating as it can be to be the only one cleaning and making sure the apartment is somewhat presentable, I believe that it is the only way that it will be done properly and to my standard.
