Still Body If you do not have any taste in very detailed books, I suggest you turn around and pick a different book to read. I am warning you that this book goes into so much detail, that you won’t want to leave the scenes. I warned you to leave this book. It all started on a warm, breezy, and sunny day in Billings, MT. When you could hear the birds chirping and bees buzzing.Sixteen year old, Andrea hollister, was babysitting her younger siblings Alexandra which is twelve years old and Jackson is ten years old. “ Alexandra and Jackson, do you need anything?” Andrea remarked as her siblings were playing tag on the cracked concrete sidewalks. “No we’re okay,” Alexandra replied while Jackson ignored her every response. “ That’s good, …show more content…
Andrea decided not to worry about a stupid nightmare. Later on, she couldn’t decide if she wanted to wear her skinny jeans and white glittery t-shirt with her white converse or her red, silky dress with her tall black dress boots. Eventually she decided to wear the skinny jeans and white glittery t-shirt with her white converse. Andrea also put her hair in a long french braid. She started walking over to Ryan McMasters’ house. They always walked to school together. She felt like someone was watching her so she turned and saw that Thompson was following her, so she ran in a very rapid pace. She kept looking back to see if he was there. Once she got there and looked back, he was nowhere in sight. Andrea was quiet most of the whole walk to school. Later on Ryan asked her if she felt okay and she told him that she was completely fine. She couldn’t stand the thought of telling him what happened. Finally she decided to tell him that she couldn’t sleep well last night. “ So, are you aloud to date yet?” Ryan remarked. “I can, but I guess it’s just that I don’t know if I am ready for that kind of thing right now. And I would have to be able to trust the person.” Andrea added. “Would you trust me?” “ Ryan, do you like me?” “Maybe, maybe not.” “Yes or no.” “Yes.” “Andrea, would you…” Even before he could finish asking his question, she jumped in and replied: “ Be your girlfriend. Why wouldn’t I? Ryan
In my opinion I thought that this book was a very good book. In this chapter I will describe the setting, theme, plot and conflict etc. This book had a few different settings like
To truly understand a great novel and its author, the reader must dig deep inside the life
Another important thing about the book is the word choice. On the first page of chapter one he used a couple of action words like smoking, reaching, and sit. These words are all different from eachother .The author used these particular words because it described the action being done by the characters. On the first three pages there were a cfew confusing and or difficult words which were aversion and hickories.
3. What are the best parts of this book? Why? What are the worst parts of this book? Why? Give details with page numbers from the book to explain.
I began this book with mediocre expectations. I’m not much for reading novels, especially those as strenuous and non-fictional as the book of our topic. You could say I'm hard to interest. I assumed this read would just be the typical chore that reading books usually is to me, but as I so quickly found myself getting lost in the density written upon this book’s 383 factually packed pages and was engrossed by the photos printed in the middle of the book, I changed my mind. My expectations were pleasantly exceeded! I say with complete confidence that this novel is like nothing I have read before.
I don’t really recommend this book to anyone and I have a few reasons why. One reason is because I felt that there was too much going on in the book and it was very confusing. Another reason is because the book is very long and takes a lot of pages (more than half the book) to get started. My last reason is if the book is too hard and confusing to you, you can't even look up summary notes on the book because there's nothing on it.
Throughout the whole book it gives you details about important things without you knowing at
This book was atrocious and wasted a good majority of my life. The body of the book was tedious, but got better as I read. The information presented became more interesting. I started to somewhat like to read it. It was still boring, but was something that I might like to read. As I liked to read it more and more. In the end I still didn’t like to read but it was a bit more standable.
"I don't know, we'll have to see what my mom says. She doesn't know you well, I don't either, but I feel like I can trust you."
I’d like to build on what I was saying about understanding the book, when I read it especially in certain chapters when something big happened, I could predict what was going to happen. This was a really intense book but after the theme I could understand it.
I start reading the book and right away it is intimidating from the very first paragraph. I am faced with language and sentence structure I do not understand, what is a bedfellow and why does he carry a purse? Is he gay? Immediately I am second guessing my decision but I am determined to get through this book. It takes me the better part of a week to get through the first chapter. I
The author wrote this story as a literary genius. There is an extreme level of suspense that leaves you wanting
Once the alarm went off, both girls groaned wanting to sleep for another hour. Unfortunately, dinner with the Hollis' was happening very shortly. Both girls got out of their bed and walked over to the bathroom to freshen up. Carmilla washed her face as Laura brushed her teeth, vice versa. Once they we're woken up, Carmilla walked over to her dresser while Laura walked over to her closet. Laura pulled out a lovely form fitting black dress that showed off her neck and her toned arms. Carmilla slid into her infamous leather pants, threw on a black tank, and topped it with a black blazer with the sleeves rolled up to her elbows. "Hey Laura, can you pass me my red heels?"
"I realize the post mentioning the possibility of you becoming the next bride was facetious, but since I'm here I see no reason why you and I can't get to know each other better. Are you close to your parents?" she asked.
