My biggest failure is an action that I have regretted on it a lot. But at the same time it was a good experience that I learned new thing from it and I become more careful in the future, in this topic I’m telling the story of my failure, and what I benefit from it. My failure had created after choosing a wrong decision while knowing that it’s wrong, because I didn’t think or care about the results and how it could affect me in the long term. I have been living in Saudi Arabia and I studied all the academic levels there. The second language in Saudi Arabia is the English, so it’s the language they teach in the public schools, I studied in public schools so I learned only the English language. However, my parents asked me if I want to go over some French language courses and I said no, I’m going only to waste time, where I was paying attention only to the school lectures and courses, I didn’t care about learning something that I will not need to pass at school, so I saw that I will not benefit something from a French courses.

The failure is not a bad thing like some people know, so without the failure the chances of success are limited, the failure create the motivation to the person to do a successful things, the failure motivate people to try again, because if a person were always succeed from the first experience, that will not give him or her a chance to go over another experiences and see another aspects of an event. The failure is the first step through achieving the success, people who afraid from failing have to know that we all have to fail a lot to reach our goals and to reach success. Failure is a way that could help us to take right decisions, with failing, we have the opportunity to grow and make huge
Failure is something that we cannot go through life without experiencing. The best thing about failure is that failure can be used as a great learning experience to improve upon things in our lives and career. Using failure as a learning tool is dependent upon the person and how they view it as well as how they use it. Failure is a matter of perspective and the lessons in failure are important aspects towards growth and development. If we did not experience failure there wouldn’t be opportunities for learning. Failure can teach us about ourselves as well as provide an understanding for our
Failure is widely viewed as negative. While this portrayal of failure is justified, it does not tell the whole story. Failure is a learning experience because it explains the errors made, and then the person figures out how to fix the mistakes. The way individuals respond to the failure is a great way to evaluate his/her character. There
Everybody makes mistakes. Failure can be a motivation, for it drives you to have a bigger passion for your desired goal. Success and failure have a relationship in which you can learn from your mistakes but later succeed.
The first reason why failure strengthens you is that failure gives you room to improve. For example, when you try to accomplish a goal, that you have set, and you don't succeed, you can use that knowledge and improve on it. You can improve by failing even if you think failing won't help you. Others might say that you don't improve at all by failing, but in reality failing will give you that extra motivation to complete a goal.
In addition, the willingness to learn through failure can help to reach the desired destiny. Nearly everybody fears failing, because it has been associated with all sorts of negativity. Although an optimistic look on the other side of tripping or falling down in life can make someone to be successful in
Failure is something that all people encounter in their lives. In some situations failure can break a person or make a person, meaning a person can fail at something and just simply give up. Others will fail and that failure can give them the inspiration to try harder to one day achieve their goal. I'm the type of person to fail and work harder until I am content. As my championship baseball coach would say "What’s our motto? Never give up!"
In life, no matter the quest, if you aim to succeed you must first fail. Failure, one of life’s profound professors, allows us to utilize our mistakes in a way that will create positive results in the future, that’s if you let it.
Failure can be a very difficult thing to cope with. It can be something that makes you or breaks you. I have learned that failure is what defines a person; it shows your motivation to bounce back when things get rough. I have learned from my failure instead of dwelling on it and making myself weaker.
When I look at the word failure I didn’t see success. But that slowly changed as I read the book What the Best College Students Do by Ken Bain Chapter four. Bain, for me and I’m sure many other, have changed our view point on failure being a bad thing. He instead expressed failure as an “opportunity to learn something.” (121) As infants we grow and develop, we learn to walk by falling down a couple hundred times, and we learn to speak by babbling. By trying to walk, and trying to talk, we may fail at first. As an infant, you cannot give up when you are face to face with failure. You must get up and try again to learn. In the book, What the Best College Students Do by Ken Bain he uses people’s experiences and research to explain why failure is an opportunity to learn something new, rather than seeing failure as something bad. He asserts “people who become highly creative and productive learn to acknowledge failures, even to embrace them, and to explore and learn from them.” (100) Failure is important. If we did not get up and try again as infants, we would not be where we are today.
Failure allows people to grow and learn from their mistakes. Without failure I would have never been able to learn my true identity and overcome the adversity I had faced. I have faced failure in many forms and each time it affects me and I grow from it, progressing into someone who can defeat all obstacles. I have come to appreciate failure because it has developed me into the person I am today. There is one failure that truly affected me and it was when I was not accepted into the All State Choir.
One major part of being unable to recover from failure is the inability to accept the fact that one has failed. Recognizing failure is important because without the recognition, there is no improving on a failed experience. In not recognizing failure as a problem, one is given a false view of themselves where they never fail, however in “The essential Guide for Recovering from Failure”, Guy Winch, Ph.D, shows the reader the problem with not recognizing or understanding the concept of failure.
Success is boring and doesn’t prepare you for the next time. Failure on the other hand prepares you and forces you to learn from your mistakes. Trying to make the natural order different doesn’t help and making you destroy that can and might jeopardize the fact that if you are successful or not in the future.
Failure often times leads a person to feel helpless, disappointed and depressed. However, one should not allow this to set them back in trying to achieve the ultimate aim one has set out to do. Failure in the beginning can often be a powerful incentive to reassess one’s position in wanting to achieve the particular aims; to analyse whether the purpose is worth the trouble the person has to undergo and the whether the obstacles are surmountable.
Traditionally, failure is seen as a negative concept and is defined as lacking success. I, on the other hand, try to put a positive spin on everything in life. I see failure as an obstacle that is experienced by all, but it does not define an individual. Failure in essence will force an individual to be more receptive to their surroundings and actions and also will force an individual to mature. Looking back on my childhood years I can now pinpoint the areas where I failed and I can confidently say that I have grown and prospered due to those failures. The three major failures I have experienced were my attention deficit issues which affected my ability to succeed in school, my anti-social habit that I let consume my early years, and my
Everyone has had to deal with some sort of regret in their life. It has to happen to everyone. No one can say that they have never had a time where they regretted something. That’s like saying you are a perfect human being. Well, reality is that no one is perfect. It is impossible for someone to go throughout life without any mistakes and or regret. Everyone is human and humans make mistakes constantly. Some regretful experiences can leave a big impact on ones life. It can be totally life changing and sometimes change a person totally. Others just regret it and feel nothing else towards it. They will most likely do it again. My experience is very much life changing. Or at least it changed my point of view.
