Weight Lifting Routines
Weight lifting routines are generally about what exercises, how many sets, and number of repetitions to be preformed for each muscle. Weightlifting routine makes sure that there is a split as to what muscle to be trained on what day. It’s wrong when one considers that he should be doing chest on Monday, triceps on Tuesday, and shoulders on Wednesday. Since this will actually over train his triceps, the reason being – every chest and shoulder exercise works the triceps secondary whereas every back exercise works the biceps secondary. Hence these things are to be taken care of while the weightlifting routine is set, other than the diet and other things.
Weightlifting has been proven to be very effective having capabilities

Women in Greco-Roman myths were incredibly powerful and influential to their society, arguably two of the most influential being Hera and Athena. Hera was the wife of Zeus, and mother of some of his children; she was also the goddess of marriage, and by extension the home and family. Athena is the child of Zeus, but not one of Hera and Zeus’s union, instead her mother is the Titan Metis. Zeus bore Athena from his head, possibly part of her origin of being a goddess of wisdom and strategy, as well as explaining some of her masculine traits. Athena seems to straddle the masculine and feminine worlds, while herself being a virgin woman, but taking on these masculine characteristics. Hera and Athena’s presence as influential Greco-Roman gods offers insight into women and their possible roles in society.

“Life is continuously being hungry. The meaning of life is not simply to exist to survive, but to move ahead, to go up, to achieve, to conquer” (Schwarzenegger). Individuals make certain choices and act a certain way due to the people around them and how society wants them to be. People of many different ages try to fit into society and be like everyone else so that they will find a sense of importance. There have been many choices in my life where I had to choose something that was influenced by the setting but the most pivotal choice I have made is to join weightlifting. Joining weightlifting is the most essential choice I have made because it gives me a place where I can be myself and have confidence, improve in many different ways, and makes me feel “a sense of importance”. Children grow up and are taught a certain way, but what they are not truly taught is how to love themselves and be confident in who they are or want to be.
Weightlifting is like studying, no matter how hard you try to concentrate. It`s tough to stay focused. Studying itself seems easy. You can walk in and at least attempt to study, but when it comes time to the test you just can’t stay focused. You start to try and remember the things you read and drilled into your brain the night before but nothing. Sometimes, no matter how much you study you still can fail if you don’t stay focused. Sometimes the stuff you studied just doesn’t click. The information you bombarded yourself with just can’t resurface. But while you were studying were you really focused is the real question. Then you remember while you were studying you were listening to music and

It is the wrong weightlifting form being duplicated repeatedly through numerous training sessions that create the wear and tear of joints, ligaments, cartilages as well as muscle mass.
