Whilst working within the education and employability sector over the the past 20 or so years the concept of equality, diversity and inclusion has developed in our sector. Each of the legislations, statutory and non-statutory requirements, education/governmental policy and guidance making its own demands on Vedas Recruitment & Training. Vedas Recruitment & Training have created policies and procedures to ensure that we prevent discrimination, harassment and bullying and deal with it effectively should it occur. Creating and communicating the policy is only the start of the process from here it must be embedded in to our practices until it becomes the
[1.1].In your setting, there is a range of policies which formally sets out guidelines and procedures for ensuring equality. The policies must take into account the rights of all individuals and groups within the school as well as considering the ways policies work to ensure equality, inclusion. Policies also pay regards to the values and practice, which are part of all aspect of school life.
Diversity, equality and inclusion will be explained and examples give throughout. I will also look at ways in which setting can promote the different values, and looking at the different examples form by own settings. I will also briefly look at the different laws and codes relating to diversity, equality and inclusion.

There are many pieces of legislation that are put in place to protect and safeguard vulnerable people; like Mrs Naidoo. I am going describe five pieces of legislation and regulations, and explain how they safeguard vulnerable adults.
The higher socio – economic groups are normally more likely to arrange gatherings and events, to introduce the younger generations to the variety of cultures, beliefs and values and therefore embracing them into the very community that they will shape in years to come.

The concept of diversity is one that individuals may not think of when they think of nursing. Diversity is a major component to nursing and the care that is provided to patients. In this concept analysis, antecedent, attributes and consequences of diversity are identified. The following antecedents are: race, social economy, knowledge, gender, and education level. The attributes of diversity are individual, variety, perception, difference and civilization. The consequences of diversity are as follows; acceptance, decision making, cultural competency qualifications, respect, degrading, trusts
Disparities and inequities are impacting families and communities of color in disproportional rates. The child welfare system is no exception. Solutions are as complex as the issue itself but finding new ways to engage with the families we work with can draw out a more comprehensive understanding of the issues and concerns they face.
Equality permits all students the privilege to have access to and participate in education despite their disability or different conditions. Gravells (2008) believes that 'Disparity and separation ought to be attached to guarantee reasonableness, respectability and regard among learners. '
According to the Equality and Human Rights Commission First Triennial Review 2010 “The Equality Act 2010 complements and builds on the provisions of the Equality Act 2006, which itself strengthened several aspects of discrimination law and set out the roles and responsibilities of the Equality and Human Rights Commission.”
