UNDER THE RADAR
It was a cold misty morning, the sun was just coming over the horizon.
Flight 407 was the plane I was on. I was flying with my friends Leo, Dakota, Mark and myself of course. We all boarded the plane. 407 it was a private plane that Leo’s Dad owns. We were all going to Porte Margi for a hunting trip, hoping to catch bore. Mark Brought some food, Leo brought a hunting knife kit, Dakota brought a fire starter, and I brought a survival kit. We have been flying at least 22 hours, It’s really been nothing but steady air “ guys look! there's a flock of parrots. As they were flying the parrots weren't moving out of the plane's direction, suddenly the plane shifted left as if it was in an air show,

The sounds of the birds was unpleasant, it was endless cries and screeches. As I looked around, I realized that I was just in a plane crash in the middle of the Amazon jungle. Immediately a panicking thought was in my head, Dakota, Mark, Leo, where are you!. A small voice came from the other side of the plane wreck, it was Leo and Mark, “ where’s Dakota, Mark had a horrid look on his face, “I- I don’t know I thought he was with you or something” “ look!” said Leo he’s over there, “ what where” said Mark and Trent under the that sheet of metal, they swiftly went over and pulled him out under the metal. “Hi guys you found me”, “of course we did said Leo, can you stand up through”, “yes just grab my arm”. They slowly lifted him up. “ now what? Said Mark”, Grape all the supplies we you can said Trent”. As they moved around picking anything they could use, they all dropped the items into a pile. Duct Tape, a hunting knife kit, a fire starter, little food, and a flare gun. “Come on we need to get moving, if you want to get help” said …show more content…
Luckily there was plenty of water from a nearby stream. The worst part was the bugs, crawling on them during the night, and still in the day. After a long day of walking, the night had come, and then the sounds of ferocious beasts started up again. I closed my eyes. It felt like it had been seconds since I fell asleep, when I heard a horrible scream coming from Leo there was a snake of some kind wrapped around him, the others and I went over and pulled out knives out and immediately pierced the snake killing it. We pulled it’s dead body off Leo and checked him if he was hurt, but fornchanitly he was fine. Later that night we decided to skin and cock the snake, to get as much food as we could in our stomachs. I woke up the next morning, and I was surrounded by strange figures, then I remembered about when one of the pilots told us about the native villagers that lived in the jungle. It happened they took us one by one, they dragged us to there camp, I looked around to see hordes of villagers staring at us. “Let us go! Said Dakota, then one of the villagers said “oo nag”, and whacked Dakota in the chest with a stick, they threw us in some kind of old dusty looking cage, that had animal bones in it. The villagers started up a fire, and started dancing and singing strange songs. A strange looking villager
Anxiety washed over the poor boy. It was dark, darker than Zerdek had ever know. With each second that passed, a low mumble could be heard from the corner. Something or someone else was here with him. Wherever here was. He shut his eyes thinking about the light. Thinking about anything that would make it seem like he was back at home. Home. He tried to remember the faces. He tried to remember each of the tree top building. Yet it was a blur. Everything that had happen with-in the last few hours, day, months was a giant blur from him. He had no concept of time. A click came from afar, as light came barreling in. Zerdek let out a low growl as he covered his eyes, unable to adjust to the light quickly enough. Arms reached out and pulled to two
I don’t quite remember the date, but it was cold, bitter, and snowing too. All I could think about was my dire hunger. Our cabin commander ordered us to get out of bed. I didn’t hear this right away, but I was told later that I was the last one to get up. I just kept dozing off, shivering and cold. Then I felt piercing pain in my chest, then head, then everywhere. Finally, I got up, with my chest and head throbbing.
Most Americans know about the Holocaust. But do they really know all of the details that go along with what occurred during the Holocaust? The responsibilities that Jews had before they were transported to concentration camps were rigorous in some ways. Also, the rights that they had were taken away by the Nazis. This topic fits into the theme Rights and Responsibilities because it has to do with the rights that Nazis and Jews had as well as the responsibilities. The Holocaust had a major impact on the world because of all the controversial things that were done during the Holocaust. It changed many things and helped in the creation of numerous laws that have been passed since, not only in the United States, but internationally as well.
I am and SS officer. I was stationed at Auschwitz. More Jews were coming in every day. There were eighty to a cattle cart. There were so many families that had to go separate ways from one another. I had killed mothers and the babies and weakest of the men that couldn’t work. It was horrible, I do say. If I could say no I would never do it again. I loved my country and Hitler at the time, so I was willing to do whatever it took to get noticed. I was then stationed at a woman’s concentration camp. They all had gotten shaved, had no gold teeth, and had had tattoos on their arms. It was their identification code. They were so skinny it was just skin stuck to the bones. They looked like corpses, but alive. I wonder how many died soon after.

The Holocaust began on January 30, 1933, when Adolf Hitler became chancellor of Germany, to May 8, 1945, when the war in Europe officially was over. About six million Jewish civilians perished because of it. There were some people that survived. What impact did the Holocaust have on its survivors? When the Holocaust ended, all survivors suffered from different emotions because they survived the tragedy. The survivors lost loved ones, and they had to keep that memory of the event with them for the rest of their lives. As a result of these emotions, they coped in many negative ways. Survivors of the Holocaust experienced guilt, isolated themselves, and suffered from a mental illness.
This was my last night in Sighet. In the morning, the Nazi’s are coming to transfer us to Auschwitz because of the “war.” I, unlike everyone else, knew something else was going on. Im not sure what but it isn’t because of the war. I was honestly just worried about how my little brother is going to handle himself. He knows to be strong when times are tough but he may not be tough enough.
Hello Journal (or reader if I ever get off this island). My day is over, I just want to go to sleep in my hut, but I feel I should write about this, for the future. I would like to tell you about being here, stranded on an island. It is not fun. Here I am, walking around, then I see a fish. I haven’t eaten for hours so I try and grab the fish. What happens next? The fish bites my finger. I don’t have bandages, so I guess it’s time to make one. You know, being here is really scary. You never know if a huge bird is gonna come out of nowhere and steal all your supplies. Without my supplies, I’d be as weak as a cow that’s been tipped over. Wait, I don’t have any supplies. I don’t like it here-- at all--, but I guess I’ll have
Since the beginning of civilization, man has attempted to rule, belittle, and destroy other men. One of the most appalling and prolific examples of this is the genocide know as the Holocaust. All over the world religions usually teach that all of civilization is equal and that we should all be cordial with each other, but monstrosities like Adolf Hitler broke those sacred laws. The Holocaust was a time period where a set of people were persecuted. While they were being persecuted World War Two was used as a smokescreen to conceal the horrors of the Holocaust. What lead to the Holocaust was Nazi ideology. Nazi ideology lead to the deaths of millions, and the ones that survived were left with permanent physical and mental scars. One person that was forever scarred for life was Gerda Weissman Klein. She was born in Bielsko, Poland, a town known for its textile industry. During the Holocaust, she was sent to Gross-Rosen camp system where she was treated like a slave and often told she was nothing. All the while she remained strong and not worthless, contradicting Hitler’s views.
The holocaust was very sad, during world war ll Adolf Hitler thought that Germany should be a racial infirmary. Also he did not think that disabled people deserve a life. He kicked out the jews and many more people that were not germane.
The most traumatic period, Holocaust-was a genocide in which Adolf Hitler 's Nazi Germany and its collaborators killed about six million Jews. The Holocaust was the systematic annihilation of six million Jews during the Nazi genocide - in 1933 nine million Jews lived in the 21 countries of Europe that would be occupied by Nazi Germany during World War 2. By 1945 two out of every three European Jews had been killed. But today I will talk about the United States’ Response to the Holocaust. There two main historians who explained the United States’ Response to the Holocaust.

What is genocide? Where did it come from? Most people living in the U.S. have little to know clue what genocide’s definition is. Some Americans miss use the word throwing it around lightly not knowing it origin. Genocide is a word that was created after the Holocaust by the United Nations. The creation of this word was intended to define the act of extermination of a country, ethnic, or religious group. It is a shame the creation of this word had to come into the world. In this paper I will address the many different for that genocide takes in today society.
After WW1 Germany had to pay reparations to the allies, During this time Hitler blamed the Jews for the hardship that came to Germany. The Holocaust started in 1993 Nazi Occupied Germany to 1945 Germany. The Holocaust took place during the years 1933-1945 during that time German Citizens wanted something to believe something to help them get out of this hardship and Hitler was a very successful talker he managed to convince that war will help them get out of the pain after successfully invading parts of Europe he felt invincible and decided that the Jews needed to be taught a lesson. In technicality Hitler did not kill but he gave the order to his elite police the Waffen SS, The Waffen SS is the Nazi partys armed division.
