An unfortunate incident occurred between a giant truck and driverless shuttle filled with people enjoying a pleasant ride in downtown Las Vegas. The accident in question took place when a delivery truck in downtown Las Vegas grazed the front fender of the driverless shuttle. This was the very first vehicle of its kind that and it was powered by AAA and Keolis. The driverless shuttle was performing test runs, when a truck grazed the front of the eight passenger vehicle. This case is simply complicated, but I will prove that truck driver is truly at fault by investigating the vehicles, interviewing the witness, and considering the additional evidence
The driverless shuttle stopped as soon as its sensors told it that there was another vehicle coming its way. Even though the shuttle was able to detect this, the truck was not able to in any way. In this case the shuttle is not to blame because when the truck was pulling out, it should have been able to see the immobilized shuttle behind it through the multiple mirrors present in the truck. By the witness's comment they are stating that the shuttle itself was not at any kind of fault. The shuttle performed its duty when it stopped for the truck to pass. Steve SLAVINSKY arrived first and advised officers that Michael ZULKOWSKI the owner of the truck had dropped the truck off for repairs to be made by SLAVINSKY and had left the keys for the truck in the ashtray. On Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 0139 hours, I, Deputy Waldschmidt was driving through the Kansas Star Casino parking lot when I observed a unoccupied 2004 Gold Chevy Impala’s (KS 400JZT/VIN # 2G1WF52E649197193) front bumper up against an unoccupied 2012 white Jeep Liberty (KS 3159/VIN # 1C4PJMAK7CW155651) driver’s side doors. It appeared the Impala rolled into the Jeep. I contacted Officer Boone with the Mulvane Police Department who later arrived on scene. She worked the private property accident while I stood-by to assist. The owners of both vehicles were located and Boone collected their personal information.
