Julian Edelman had 11 receptions for 97 yards, Rob Gronkowski had five receptions for 94 yards and 3 touchdowns, and Dion Lewis, who clearly looks like he is Shane Vereen's replacement, had four receptions for 51 yards, out of the backfield. Brady ended his night going 25 for 32 with 288 passing yards, four touchdowns, and zero interceptions. Now that is how you come out firing on all cylinders in the opening game against an opponent who is known for having a hard nose defense. At one point, Brady completed 19 consecutive passes, which was a franchise record for completions in a game, as he picked apart the Steelers defense piece by piece. There is no doubt in my mind that this type of performance from Tom Brady will last throughout the season. If Rob Gronkowski stays healthy, the Patriots will have a very good chance at making it to the Super Bowl again this year after witnessing Brady put on a Brady-like performance. Usually when a team wins the Super Bowl, they come back the next year and look like everything other than the defending champs, but the Patriots and Tom Brady have other

For a brief overview, he had to sit out the first 4 games of this season without due to his involvement in the infamous Deflategate scandal. Findings from the Well Reports were the main reasons behind his suspension . An analysis by the American Enterprise Institute this June, however, found the report “deeply flaws”. Back in 2000, Brady at the time, was hanging on as the fourth quarterback on the New England Patriots roster. His championship emergence from the 6th round draft pick is an unforgettable fairytale. To tell the truth, it has been labeled as “one of the best in the history of the game” (Halberstam 32). The “Brady 6” refers to the six quarterbacks selected in the 2000 NFL draft before Brady. Consequently, out of all the quarterbacks drafted before Brady, none hurt “Brady more than Carmazzi because,” as Shea remembered, “Tommy was a huge 49ers fan” (Silver 21). Although Brady didn’t end up playing for his favorite childhood team, he still managed to play in six career Super Bowls, winning four to tie the record amongst quarterbacks, and appear

The third and final reason why some say Brady is better is because, Peyton is only good because of the players he has on his teams. “Peyton ahead of Brady?” says differently the article states that “So Manning overcame a career-threatening neck injury, switched to an entirely different team, with entirely new receivers, and set single-season records for yardage and TDs. The reason why i think that this is the most important reason why is that a Super Bowl is the main goal heading into a season and when you achieve that goal five times that’s impressive (“Tom”, Biography). Which Peyton Manning has done it twice but that’s nothing to Brady. Plus Peyton Manning only played good in one of those Super Bowls while Brady has never played a bad Super Bowl in his career (“Peyton”, Biography). The recent Super Bowl was the Patriots vs Falcons and the final score in that game was 34-28, it will go down in history as one

Some of his records include the most super bowl wins by a quarterback, most super bowl MVP selections, has won twenty five of the thirty four playoff games he has started in, has been selected to twelve pro bowls, and he has the most divisions won by a single quarterback (Doeden). For instance, he also has led the Patriots from a losing team to a winning team. With Tom Brady starting at quarterback the Patriots have never had a losing season (Doeden). In addition, he also has broken records for his stats. One of the records he broke was the best Touchdown to interception ratio of 28-2, because of this he wants to play until he is fourth eight (Reyes). At this years Super Bowl he had a great game. The Patriots overcame a twenty five point deficit and took the game to the first Super Bowl overtime game, he threw his first post season pick six ever after playing in thirty four playoff games, and in the last six possessions of the game he lead his team to four touchdowns and a field goal (Craig). After all, he did this all while his family was going through tough times. His mom was battling cancer and Brady dedicated the win to her (Hofforth). This is why Tom Brady is the best quarterback to ever live.
One of the team’s biggest strengths is their powerhouse offense. But the man under center is what makes that powerhouse offense run. That man is Aaron Rodgers. Aaron Rodgers is one of the best quarterbacks in the league if not the best. His statistics are unbelievable. He has the highest quarterback rating in NFL history at 103.8, while the second closest is 98.9. He has thrown 300 touchdowns to only 74 interceptions. That being a 4:1 touchdown to interception ratio, also the best in NFL history. One of his most impressive streaks was his success at home. In 2015, he threw an interception at home. The last one he threw at home before that was in 2012. He went three years without throwing an interception at home. Truly a remarkable feat. In 2011, Aaron had one of the best seasons
