Overall, V for Vendetta is a film in which I quite thoroughly enjoyed and is one that I find to be rather important to watch, but difficult to explain as it is kind of cryptic and hard at times to understand the context. V for Vendetta is greatly thought provoking and deals with concerns that aren’t all that hard to imagine. Although the movie is difficult to follow at points – this could be simply due to my lack of inquisitive, not a fault of the film – it is definitely one to pay attention to. I have to admit, the film is not what I imagined, yet I was pleasantly surprised and intrigued. It starts as your typical hero vs. villain film, but turns deeply political very quickly.
