“The Saints set the clubhouse to blow.” Everyone goes silent and turns to me. “You sure baby?” Kane must think I’m in shock or something because I can’t comprehend him asking me if I’m sure about something like that. I mean really? I feel like saying, “no, I just made that up for the hell of it.” I try to ignore the pain that’s blasting through my side like a jackhammer and give the guys a rundown of the shit show I just experienced. “I’m sure. Their pissed and spewing curses furiously. I don’t blame them. The clubhouse is a sacred sanctuary and the Saints just set it to blow, along with all of them. “There’s a timer.” I nudge Kane trying to get his thoughts off me and back to the bomb. “It’s behind the bar and set to go off at five. You have three hours to neutralize it.” I’m really starting to lose the pain battle now. Jesus, Buzzards shot to my head didn’t feel this bad.
