Almost twenty minutes had passed since Epsilon, Sabra and Malessica left the pub. Malessica was a bit upset thinking about innocent people who were hurt during the attack on the pub. Though she knew she didn’t have time to help the injured, she decided to try and forget about it, continuing to follow Epsilon. Malessica noticed Sabra, seemed a bit lost in thought, but she didn’t say a word. Moving towards an unknown destination, four police cars sped down the street past them, with sirens blaring. Malessica put her hands on her hood, covering her ears, waiting for the cars to pass them. Epsilon turned his head back, watching the police cars. He was upset knowing he wouldn’t be able to work there again.
“There goes that paycheck.”

“The Lustful Sins, it’s a strip club.”
“S-Strip club!” Malessica stammered. “Why would we go there?”
“A lot of the members used to go there.” Epsilon added. “Their numbers dwindled as of late though, I heard there was a big bust in Costelios.”
“There was, but the top members or the leader wasn’t caught.” Sabra asked. “Do you know if the leader of the Syndicate goes to this strip club?”
“I wouldn’t know, I’ve never seen the leader before or even heard of him to be honest.”
“Even with the notes I took from Jeremy’s experiments, I still couldn’t get any information on the leader.” Malessica said. “I only know of the high ranking members, Yuri, Ajax, Vittorio and Sylvia.”
Sabra sighed deeply. “How disappointing. Without information on the man in charge, we only have the highest ranking members to deal with. So this is a start of a plan, Malessica tell me all of their abilities right now. If we can learn about their abilities, we can fight against them with an idea with what we’re getting into when the time comes.”
“We should go into this alley to discuss this.” Epsilon said. “Talking about this out loud isn’t the greatest idea.”
“Fine by me.” Sabra said, moving into the
Chapter 5: Paul explains about how unsanitary the camps are, explaining that he and his friends had gotten louses (lice) in their head, and they try to attempt to get it off. Haie tries to cheer up the rest of the soldiers by telling them that he might have got the lice from the hospital, but he is the one who laugh the most, for 30 minutes straight. After trying to get the lice off themselves, they hear that Himmelstoss got in trouble for harassing the soldiers, and the magistrate’s son caught him in the action. Hearing the news that Himmelstoss got in trouble for his wrongdoings, Paul and the rest of the group start planning out what they should do or say to Himmelstoss when he comes back to the camp. When talking about what they should do
Chapter 4 was insightful in public opinion, because there is a lot to say about it. The political socialization unit was something we all know, but it also allows time to look into the lense of children, I looked at this more intently because I am taking a juvenile delinquency course and we read about exposure to environments as well as the family molding a child is very impactful.
Kayla- The morning of April 19, 1775 , Britain’s General Gage would send out squadrons of British soldiers stationed in Boston .
1. I would put myself in the place of the man on the horse he looks like he could be the leader, so the leader.
1.) The ending did not surprise me; I think it may have if we hadn’t discussed it in class. I think I would have been very surprised and confused, if I hadn’t known the ending prior to reading it.
“Would it be scarier if I told you that I would kill you or just hurt you really bad?”
The second some portion of this book is more centered around how Augusts cherished one feel about him and with him. I welcome the writer for taking from August family and companions point of view since it will help perusers comprehend the story better with more noteworthy profundity and feeling. For example, just August's family can catch superior to anything anybody what he needs to experience. A decent illustration of would be that they generally guard August against open and never dither. To me, creator's message was excessively mindful individuals of how little acknowledgment we have, and how little we bargain? I trust that on the off chance that it was my kin in August spot I would act likewise to August's kin and folks. It is just characteristic that we think more about our blood relations than whatever other relationship.
The chapter continues with the two boys, Tom and Huck, carefully walking through the path. They walk past the kitchen, where they try to avoid Jim, Miss. Watson’s slave. Jim hears them and comes to investigate. The two boys are hiding, while Jim comes close to them, but doesn’t see them. Jim decides to stay in that position until he hears the noise again. While Huck is debating whether he should scratch his nose, Jim falls asleep. Tom tells Huck about Jim, that he is respected by the other slaves, for going against the devil. But Jim had begun to become cocky for seeing the devil and fighting the witches.
Crane’s approach to writing about the war was fresh because, of the fact that we were basically inside the heads of one of the soldiers(henry). We could feel how he felt and we knew his fears. Besides that Crane was blunt about how disorganized the war was.
The hardest times in friendships are saying goodbye, especially when a friendship is as strong as the friendship that Doug and John have with one another. During chapter 19, Doug has John play statues with him, thinking that time will become slower and his relationship with John will last longer. “’Statues!’ Everyone froze. Very quietly Douglas moved across the lawn where John Huff stood like an iron deer in the twilight” (Bradbury 108-109). In addition, at the end of chapter 19, while John said his last goodbyes to Doug, he made a promise. “’Tom,’ said Douglas, ‘just promise me one thing, okay?’ ‘It’s a promise. What?’ ‘You may be my brother and maybe I hate you sometimes, but stick around, all right?’” (Bradbury 112). At the end of the chapter,
“I’ll still reward you.” Malessica said. “It’s something my family does, you’ll get a reward sometime.”
So we decided to band together and look for assholes like that. We made it a custom quest.”
“What you have known your whole life as to be gods in your world or some sort of superior
The sun was setting from the sky, slowing bringing the stars over Kireina. Malessica found herself waking up in the passenger seat of Sabra’s car. Looking over at Malessica, Sabra nodded her head, continuing to drive. Spotting Heliconia town in the distance, Malessica rubbed her eyes, trying to get herself fully awake. Deep inside, she found herself worried about coming to Heliconia. Malessica didn’t know if Jeremy was telling the truth, but his words were the only things she had for information. Malessica felt comfortable knowing Sabra was assisting her. The Sangrine Syndicate had taken a heavy decline in members, over the last few days. Members after members found themselves arrested, but the top members were still at large.
“So, you’re the famous Danny Phantom?” Ron asked, leaning on the table and looking at the white haired hero behind him as he nodded and waved slightly.
