The Repercussions Of Climate Change

In the novel, The Scarlet Letter, Nathaniel Hawthorne explores the idea of personified passion using the character, Pearl. The story is about the guilty sin of two lovers and how their lives play out in their Puritan settlement. Pearl, their child, is shown as a being unlike any other, due to her parents’ sin, through her lively charisma. Throughout the novel, one can see how she evolves as her parents’ relationships change.

Macbeth is one of the most famous tragic plays written by William Shakespeare. Shakespeare uses real, historical people from the Holinshed’s Chronicle. To make the play tragic and disastrous, Shakespeare tweaks the true story to fictional story. Macbeth in the play Macbeth is the main character who later becomes the tragic antagonist of the play. There are several people or even circumstances influence Macbeth to become vicious.

Though the center of much debate, one undeniable fact is that climate change is occurring and affects every part of planet Earth. Some effects are actually positive, such as higher rates of photosynthesis in trees due to absorption of more abundant CO2 and warmer temperatures. However, most of the negative effects of climate change outweigh or counteract positive growth. Negative effects of climate change are affecting the land, water, plants, and animal life on planet Earth.

How will our recent increases in oil and natural gas production and exportation (this of course, means a conscious commitment to increased C02 emissions) affect the likelihood of global climate change. Global climate change has been a highly debated topic for decades. Climate change is a change in usual weather patterns found globally or in certain regions. This could be a change in a place’s normal temperature for its time or it could be how much rain a place gets in a year. Normally, climate change is considered normal on planet Earth. Things evolve and change all the time on our home, ever since it formed. Mother nature always goes through different phases. Our planet was a lot different millions of years ago, it was even different decades ago compared to today! It all ranges from culture to society to technology to everything in general.      In today’s world of personal finance and economics, with the global perspective being the primary focus. Corporations, just like individuals, are looking at expanding their horizons and saving or making as much profit as they can. How do they accomplish this gigantic and often expensive proposition? The answer to this is through credit. However I poise a question to everyone. The effects of climate change have become more apparent than ever within the last 100 years. The effects of global climate change are everywhere from major cities to the under populated arctics. Most people just call it global warming, but it is not. By calling it global warming people are assuming that everywhere in the world, temperatures are rising and that it will be hotter all year long, but this is not the case. This is why the scientific community calls it global climate change, because it can be hotter in the Summer time and colder in the Winter time. One example of this is polar bears; the polar bear’s habitat in the arctic is melting away, as their ice melts the sea levels will rise putting cities like Norfolk and New York under water. Global climate change, is accelerated by humans,and its impacts can be felt on a global level but can be lessened with changes to everyday life.

Humans are egotistical. They want to make sure that they are noticed and that the attention is focused on them. Of course it happens unintentionally most of the time but, when it does happen it is at the most extreme level. For as long as humans have been on Earth, this and past generations have been destroying our home. Not just by the physical appearance though. All aspects of Earth have been at least altered by humans, including the climate. Climate change is becoming one of the fastest growing problems that the world is facing. Once one thing changes, it causes a ripple effect creating complications for Earth and everything that is part of Earth. If this problem is not fixed soon, the Earth as we know it will be forever changed.
