Global warming is an increase in the overall temperature of earth atmosphere. Earth 's climate is changing, temperatures are rising, snow and rainfall are shifting, and more extreme climate like heavy rainstorms and high temperatures are already affecting the society and economy. Scientists are confident that many of the observed changes are happening because of the global warming. Warming and climate are changing and increasing every year. The main Cause are by people burning fuels to generate electricity, heat and cool buildings, and power vehicles. Many cause and effects are happening in the world because of the global warming in the whole environment.

The global climate is changing. It is most likely that it will continue changing throughout the century. It is the greatest challenge today in the 21st century. Climate change puts more stress on the survival of the poor developing countries. There is nowhere does climate change impact more than on the Africa’s fragile ecosystems. The scope and severity of the impacts of the change in the global climate have made the international community to galvanize into action in an attempt to reverse the trend.

Nowadays, we are facing a lot of environmental threats, and the main of them are air pollution, water pollution and global warming. Air pollution is caused by substances that may harm living things or damage non-living things. Some common atmospheric pollutants are carbon monoxide, methane, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide and so on. Industry production, usage of non-clean energy and vehicles are three main sources of air pollution. Water pollution includes natural pollution and man-made pollution. Due to the dissolution of geological, atmospheric precipitation leaching, erosion on the ground, mix the various pollutants into the water. Man-made pollution is made by industrial wastewater, daily life sewage and pesticide and fertilizer pollution. Global warming is related to greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide and methane. Due to the existence of greenhouse gases, the radiation, which comes from the Sun and reaches the Earth’s surface, is reflected back to Earth, making the temperature of Earth’s surface higher and higher.

Global warming is part of earth. This meaning the air and the way the fossil fuels come into play. I want to start out talking about fossil fuels. Fossil fuels are non-renewable resources. They can take up to thousands of years to produce. This is why they are non-renewable because it takes so long to make more. These fossil fuels are used to make gas and oil for people to drive their cars and oil for these big plants.

Ever since the Earth was made approximately four and a half billion years ago, the formation of fossil fuels from decayed plants and animals have been a burden upon the planet. Coal, for example, was the first fossil fuel to become the main energy source in the United States to replace the low-energy firewood during the second half of the nineteenth century. Although coal was beneficial for the industrial age of the United States, it had its drawbacks. These drawbacks included the emissions of Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Nitrous Oxide, Sulfur Oxide, Particulate Matter, and Volatile Organic Compounds. With the significant increase of fossil fuel emissions in the atmosphere, the Earth started to experience an increase in global temperature due to the Greenhouse Effect. As countries around the world shifted from pre-industrial to transitional to post-industrial phases, the amount of greenhouse gas emissions from the burning of fossil fuels increased by an unthinkable amount. Greenhouse gases negatively impact the world environment because it can cause smog pollution, acid deposition, water contamination, habitat destruction, and the loss of biodiversity. As of today, fossil fuels such as coal, oil, and natural gas continue to negatively impact the world environment and its ecosystems.

Global warming is an increasing in average global temperatures across the planet. This is due to the rising temperatures on the continent. Temperatures continue to rise yearly causing global warming. The greenhouse effect is sun light radiation being driven back to the earth. When solar energy is released into the atmosphere, there is an effect of bouncing back. Solar radiation is bounced back into the atmosphere causing the temperature of the earth to remain steady. However, over time greenhouse gases in the atmosphere have caused the bounce back solar radiation to have a double back. This is when the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere cause the solar radiation to bounce back to the earth forcing the temperature to rise and remain higher than normal. This in effect causes global warming to occur. The atmospheric temperatures rise because the solar radiation is not escaping the atmosphere like it is designed to do. The two work hand in hand. Atmospheric temperatures are being pushed to higher levels because greenhouse gases in the atmosphere are at an all-time high. The greenhouse gases in the atmosphere cause the solar radiation to push back to the earth, in return raising the overall atmospheric temperature of the earth. There are several different types of gases in the atmosphere that cause solar radiation to bounce back to the earth keeping it trapped in the atmosphere. In the last few decades, climate change has been a significant scientific and economic controversy for major debates. Some scientists believe they have already given enough research and proof to justify climate change as being a real, prevalent issue while other scientist and politicians thoughtlessly reject the theory altogether. This problem is very important for a few reasons; climate change could potentially define the fate of the entire human race, and because of this we might need to implement new laws regarding emissions of greenhouse gasses that could cost the world trillions of dollars. This subject is no laughing matter, and in today’s world you have to be blind, deaf, and stupid not to believe in it. The amount of research backing up these claims of climate change is irrefutable, but there are fundamental problems with locating the exact cause of it. Scientists are in a battle to discover if humans are the source of climate change or if planet Earth is undergoing a natural cycle that slowly increases the average temperature of itself.
