This supplement is a record of my actions in this investigation. On July 6, 2015, at approximately 1147 hours, I responded to 3706D Mt Vernon Ave, The Meter Wizard LLC for a robbery from person. Upon arrival, I spoke to Mr. Robert S. Cohen the victim in this case. Mr. Chon reported that a dark skinned black male entered his business and displayed a handgun. The suspect only said “give me your money”. Mr. Cohen gave the suspect his wallet and 9 dollars cash. The suspect ran through the alley in an unknown direction of travel. Mr. Cohen described the male as 20 to 21 years of age, 5’10” to 6’00” with slim build. The suspect had a round face and used a blue bandana which had white checkers. The suspect wore a plain black short sleeve shirt, dark blue jeans. The victim reported the suspect had clear and articulate speech, and held the handgun on his right hand. Mr. Cohen reported that soothing did not look right on the muzzle of the handgun as it appeared to have been painted. Cohen described the wallet as a black leather tri fold with a black making plate that contains two squares linked together. Inside the wallet he had approximately 6 credit cards, his driver’s license and bank receipts. In addition a black folding knife which is a black was also taken along with 9 dollars in cash. The victim also added that a black male who talks to him occasionally about purchasing stuff was talking to a guy near his business. Wit-1 described the suspect as a m/w, 20/30 years old, 140-150, light brown hair, wearing a maroon sweater, and unknown color baseball hat.
Lucas saw a male Hispanic enter the front door of the business at approximately 1850 hours. The suspect walked throughout the store and selected the above clothing. The suspect brought the clothing to the front register, where Lucas was working. The suspect placed the items onto the cash register table and retrieved, what was believed to be US currency from his pants pocket. The suspect reportedly gave Lucas four one hundred dollar bills to purchase the clothing, which totaled $362.69. The suspect then grabbed the above clothing and ran out of the store’s front door, prior to Lucas giving him change. The suspect left the business in an unknown
Victim Ronald Logan testified before the Court that on January 30, 2016 about 5:30 p.m., he was sitting inside of his car outside the Decatur Apartments listening to music when a male, Kilo, approached his car asking if he had changed for a $10.00. Kilo then jumped into the backseat of his car on the passenger side without his permission and pulled out a gun pointing it to the back his head demanding that he “give him everything that he had.” Victim Logan stated that he reached into his pants pocket and gave him $200.00-$300.00. Kilo then instructed for him to crank the car up and drive off. As victim Logan drove out of the apartment complex, Kilo fired a shot in his back causing him to crash into a house a few houses down from the apartment
Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, who identified himself as Gregory Climi by his Florida ID card. Climi advised that he is a driver for Lyft and was assaulted with a handgun by one of his passengers. Climi stated that at approximately 1:40 A.M. a request for a ride came in. Climi advised that he picked up the suspect at approximately 2:04 A.M. at 8602 US 19, Port Richey (Checkers). Climi stated that the suspect wanted a ride across the street to the Mcdonalds located at 8527 US 19, Port Richey, so he could confront an employee there. Climi advised that the suspect stated that he was upset
Aguirre denied and was more concerned about the knife that he went inside to the station to pay for his gas and told the cashier Lopez to call the police. As Aguirre went into his van and drove off he noticed that the man with the knife had went in to the store and was struggling with the victim Lopez. Aguirre then pulled off the freeway and drove to a nearby bowling alley to ask a security guard to call the police. Aguirre returned 30 minutes later to the Shamrock gas station right when the police began arriving. Right when Aguirre arrived he began identifying Deluna as the man with the knife, except this time Deluna no longer had on a white shirt. Around the same time two other witnesses observed a hispanic man jogging east away from the Shamrock; in an untucked white dress shirt rolled up sleeves. Both witnessed that it was Deluna running away from the Shamrock gas station. Now it was in the hands of the witnesses and police officers on what information to rely on to catch the killer. Though the first witness “Baker” was face-to-face with the attacker he said that the killer had a mustache. However the last two witnesses that encountered the man jogging away from the gas station stated that the man had no beard or visible hair on the face. They described his face as “clean shaved.”
The suspect or suspects entered the home through the unlocked back door and proceeded to the bedroom of Mr. Rhodes where he kept his 9mm Springfield hand gun and a jar full of cash money and pocket change. upon the suspect or suspects entry into Mr. Rhodes bedroom the gun and money was stolen. nothing else in the residence appeared to have been touched.

To explain the crime, the criminal involved in the crime tricked the woman into getting in her car by impersonating a parking attendant. He stole the woman’s purse and car keys and drove off with the woman’s vehicle. During the carjacking, the man tried to attack the woman with a screwdriver which resulted in the criminal being stabbed. (“Antonio Beaver”). The victim gave a very vague description of the criminal, mentioning that he was african american, was wearing a baseball cap, was 5’10, had crooked teeth, and had facial hair.
Kimbrough stated he was walking north on North Garrison Avenue crossing over Natural Bridge Avenue. While walking on North Garrison Avenue he observed a black vehicle with dark tinted windows traveling westbound on Natural Bridge Avenue towards his direction. On Thursday, August 31, 2017 at approximately 2232 hours, I was dispatched to a residence across the street from 2220 University St in reference of a suspicious person inside of a black truck. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant Ms. Delisa Smothers. Ms. Smothers stated that at approximately 2230 hours, an unknown black male went inside her neighbor's truck located across the street at 2221 University street.
There were two men inside the modest one-story building; the bank cashier and a lawyer named William McDowell. One of the robbers, possibly Jesse, walked up to the cashier and asked to have a $100 banknote changed. As the cashier wrote out a receipt, the robber drew his revolver and fired two shots, one into the man's chest and another into his forehead. As McDowell ran for the door, he was shot in the arm. Jesse grabbed a portfolio of bank paper and raced outside.”

On July 5, 2000, cab driver Angel DeJesus suffered multiple fatal gunshot wounds during a robbery while his taxi was parked at the intersection of Kittatinny and Hummel Streets in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. DeJesus’s fiancé Vivian Martinez testified that he had purchased a pouch to keep in his taxi to hold his money, a couple of days before the murder. Martinez believed there was about $250.00 in DeJesus’s possession around 2:45 am on the day of the murder.
He agreed, and when he saw the ammo boxes he recognized them immediately along with a can of appliance epoxy spray. Mr. Scaffa works as an appliance repair tech. At this point it was evident that Mr. Jones would be under arrest for the burglary of the ammo. We asked Mr. Scaffa if he could recognize any more items as stolen, and he recognized the tool bags that were inside the car along with his Notre Dame checkbook. When we opened the checkbook it was indeed Mr. Scaffa’s. The tool bags contained numerous personal items of Mr. Scaffa with his name or address on it.
At midnight on January 1 a call comes in of multiple gunshots fired at 123 ABC Blvd. Officer Black responds to the call and is the first on the scene. Upon his arrival Officer Black notices a white male lying in a pool of blood with multiple gunshots. He notated that the shell casings were of .38 caliber and 9mm. Officer Black secures the crime
