“The diary of Anne Frank,” by Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett, is a nerve racking play, where the Franks are hiding in a secret Annex as World War Two is being fought. Throughout the course of the play, Anne Frank, a young teenager, maturity is revealed by her behaviors and feelings and are compared as time passes. As world war Two is happening, the Franks are living in dismay. In an event, Anne Frank doesn't get her way and responds inaccurately. In this scene, Anne slams the door on Peter.
