Texting and Driving does occur in today’s world. Although, some people do not know and some do know it is dangerous, and they still seem to do it and do not think about the after effects. Many people do not understand the many risks they put themselves or others in, while Texting and Driving. There are many “side effects” (sort of speak) you can say that there are. Some include; Receiving a citation/fine, insurance rate increase or decline, etc. Others may have an addiction and they cannot help it.
