Both the novel and the movie kidnapped are both stories the should be shared with everyone. In the novel kidnapped by Robert Lewis Stevenson and the movie kidnapped I found them very relatable from this quote by Rumi it states “ The lamps may be different but the lights are the same.” This connects deeply with both the novel and the movie. Davie and Alan have a very special relationship, they come from very different backgrounds where their clans were fighting. Then they became friends and they didn’t let any of the fighting or battles get in the way of their friendship. The purpose of this essay is to differ between both the novel and kidnapped.
