A team is something more than a collection of individuals. Teamwork is a group of people working together to achieve the same goal. The whole is more than a sum of the parts. A team can be identified by evidence of some or all of the following:

If one man alone tried to plan and build these colossal monuments by himself, he would have failed miserably. My team- KaCee, Liberty, Angeleea, Jessey, Chanler, Regan, and I- were going on an expedition through the Brownstown gym Jungle. This Jungle is an interesting place; it had various terrain and elevation. We knew while we were going to explore that a river blocks our way, and we no choice but to cross to reach our destination. If it was a normal river, we could have walked across it, but the river was a hard surface filled with alligators. All we had was six logs to get across. We could stand on the logs, but there is a challenge. My team had seven people, two of which were blind, and all of us were tied together (another team did this to us). The goal was to cross the river faster than another group. We can because teamwork
The bus, full of chattering girls, pulled into the parking lot in Boston, MA. I listened to the coach, Walter speak as he gave us directions to follow. Then, I stood up from the comfortable laid back seat that faced a tv. Off the bus, I walked to the back and the back door opened. Black and gold bags with a Vermont Stars logo passed down to me, carried a strong odor. We just grab a bag and bring it so we don’t waste time trying to find our specific one. Weighed down by my teammates bag, imprints left on my shoulder, I grabbed my 2 composite sticks. My black Nike sneakers hit the pavement as I became closer and closer to the doors, teammates by my side. A friend, a couple steps ahead of me pushed the door open and held it for me. My hand hit the metal door and sent a cold chill up my spine.

While participating in all Del Valle Drama Club community service projects such as productions, I was a cast member and assisted on providing a grand performance each night the productions were open. Prior to performances I attended all rehearsals and meetings in preparation to opening night. I also sold tickets prior to the show, which all profits would later be donated to charities in my local community. Apart from productions I donated clothing and toys while helping conduct Christmas, Thanksgiving and Blood drives, held by the organization partnered with local charities and the United Blood
