I worked with plugins here and there, and even got to set up SG maps. In fact 2 of the servers I even got OP'd so I could get more commands to the point where I gave out ranks to people who had problems with transactions, and didn't get their ranks. It was a lot of fun for me, and gave me more experience on servers. I was Mod/Helper on these other servers, and I absolutely loved helping out people answering question building doing all sorts of things. I set up shops and a couple of parkour courses to make the server a lot more fun and entertaining. I can spend 2-3 hours a day so in a week, maybe 21 hours in total, I will try my best to be on for as long as I can. When I was a builder I spent 2 hours on the server daily building and helping the community, when I'm a Helper I might spend like 4 hours on the server (Taking breaks here and there to relax). I can be a huge help I can be on this server a lot, and I'm confident I have what it takes to be a Helper. I can do so much for the server any time Owners/Admins need help, I will be there with building or whatever they need me to do and I will do it. What are your past experiences of being a staff member: I've been Helper, Mod , Admin and even Owner on different servers in the timeline of 3 years. And mostly on Faction servers. Not on hcf yet, but you need to start somewhere :D

You guys should accept me for staff because I possess lots of maturity for my age, and I am very dedicated and I want to help clear out the cheaters because I know staff have lots of problems they have to deal with and people expect a lot out of staff. And another reason is I love the feelings of catching a cheater in the act and banning them to help other people. I want to improve the server for the better. I will do this job with pride and I am capable of doing tough work and can get the job done quick and efficiently. I will not focus on just monitoring the behavior and cheaters I will also spend my time helping out people with questions. Have you been staff on any other server?: Yes, I have been staff on servers such as Minestrap and some smaller servers, details will be below.

How many hours are you planning to help the server each day? In the summer, I can help out 6-7 hours a day, but at school days, I can only help out 3-4 hours a day.

Being staff is very inportant to me. I love helping out on the server as much as I can. I would love to be staff because I can be on so much. I love to help people with whatever they need help with. I love managing the server and helping other people with their problems. I understand I just joined this server, and people may not think I know a lot of stuff, but I do. Right now I am staff on another server (Trial Mod, the rank before mod) and I love helping out on there. But just because I am staff on there, doesn't mean I can't be active on here. So what if I dont get accepted as staff, because I still am going to play on this server as much as possible and I will continue to help people and chip in on problems and situations.

With my past experience at being staff I know how to communicate with other people on an advanced level, I always understand people and why they did a certain thing. I will never leave something unsolved, If there was an incident I will make sure that it solved or is passed to higher staff members if necessary, and not just that I'm a very caring person I know when to Be a joker or to be serious I would take my job very Professional I don't know if I'm the only one but I find being a staff member very fun I love banning hackers helping players I would love to become part of the Faithful Staff team! I can be so active for the staff team that I can pretty much ban 95% of the hackers that everyone screams about. I am also active in the morning for my time (GMT). I think that I have a lot of experience in hackers, screen sharing, commands and dealing with a mass amount of players. Do you have any previous experience ?:I really don't have much staff experience, but I know this will help the server out. I was once Moderator on RougeHCF it got 20-30 players a day and recently it got shut down. I was also a staff member on BubbleHCF it got like 20 players a day it was a pretty good server in till the owner could not pay for it anymore. I would really like to start a good staff experience on this server.

I believe that I am an appropriate candidate for the staff team, because I know how to asses and address a countless number of situations due to experience on a moderately successful server. I believe that, when a parent allows their child to access the multitude of ItsJerryAndHarry servers, that they feel safe knowing that their child will be protected from anything that may come their way negatively. Each and every individual on this server should be able to move about this server at their own discretion, and not fear harassment or criticism from fellow players. I want to keep this a friendly community, because when it comes down to it, Minecraft is a game to come and have fun with your friends. I want to keep this belief alive, and aid in making this server, one that the masses will enjoy. I tend to listen to positions of authority as soon as the command is issued, and put my very best towards it. Contrary though, just like everybody else, I am only human, and on many things can fall short of what has been expected of me. I use opportunities like this to help me grow, and let it stand as a learning experience on how to adjust myself, so that I may do it the correct way the first time when the next opportunity

Ok, let's get started. I want to become a staff member simply because I love to help people. I sometimes see people asking questions that unfortunately do not get answered. I strive to help people in need, whether if it is help for a command, information on the server, or in need of a staff member. I do my best even when I have limited power and impact on the players. With having a lot of experience with owning and being staff on servers under my belt, I will carry that over to this server and help you guys out! Personally, I think my leadership and decision making skills are great and can benefit the server in many ways. While striving to be a role model to the players, I do not cuss, swear, refer to inappropriate things. I have ways of interrogation for when I think members are hacking/modding and have crafty ways of "tricking" them into admission of hacking!

Yes, I have had lots of experience with server moderation. Some of the servers I have been staff on were almost as big or a bit smaller than Blast. The first server I would like to talk about is RetronixPvPMC. RetronixPvPMC was a server that launched about 1-2 years ago, when I was first starting Minecraft. I played on there everyday after school, and applied to be a ADMIN. Keep in mind, this server is a factions server. At the time, the server was averaging around 3 -5 people on it. Then I applied, I was accepted and was a ADMIN. There was Servers like factions. Because of me making the server more interesting not only to the regular playerbase, but to the staff and owner as well, I earned myself Head-Admin. As my time being Head-Admin, I built a few PvP arenas and the server had started to gain more popularity. During my time of being ADMIN, the server hopped up to about 7 players on at a time and I

I can contribute 8+ hours each day considering I have school. This will benefit the server because everyone has problems and not all staff can be on all day, so I can come online and help out with everyone I can and if the problem they have require someone higher than my position, than I will contact someone that is online higher than my position to help out with that

I have never had any punishments on the network, and until the day i die. I will never be punished on this server.
