I feel that being staff is an important job in the community. Due to this the fact that I only see 1 or 2 staff members online when I am on means that if they are afk, no one can help players or regulate the server. Being staff would mean that this is no longer an issue. CycloneNetwork is a friendly server which while not exactly for 3 year olds is not extremely explicit. However people occasionally tend to be explicit if they are angry thus causing other players to feel threatened or mad themselves. This is a major problem as if everyone is fighting people will be getting mad and leaving the server or feel like donating would be a bad thing as it could be a waste of money. First off, I am involved within the InGame community and am familiar with many different players on the server. Therefore, I know the frequent players of the server, as well those who may be newer. I also have a very in-depth understanding of the different types of servers. For example, I have always enjoyed Skyblock and feel that I can easily answer anyone's questions on the server, assuming questions arise. I will also fully enforce the rules of Cyclone Network and properly provide the correct discipline. I know that some actions may be out of my hands, so I will do what I am capable of and contact a higher ranked staff member if this situation occurs. Do you have any past moderation experience: I have had some past moderation experience, however, I do not have any proof of this. The server I was Staff on was a Mianite Roleplay Server wth no more than 20 people on at one time. I started off with [Helper] then I within weeks I worked myself up to [Admin].With these roles, I had to moderate the chat, deal with kicks and bans, deal wth disputes and questions as well as making sure people felt comfortable with how the server worked/was run. Through this, I now think I am ready for a larger, more difficult yet exciting experience!

I have never been hired as staff for any server, but let me tell you, there are times where I act as a staff of a server and help players out report bugs, and report players for breaking the rules and regulations. Everyone must start at something and I hope this server could be my starting point and I believe I got the characteristics of what a good staff member should posses. I have played for a good amount of time on DecimatePvP, and not only on DecimatePvP, I have also played for around 3-4 years of factions now, and within these past years, I have learned more and more about how to be a good model to the players, especially when minecraft is a game for kids.

I want to be staff for many reasons. These reasons are: I love to help people and be a kind person. I help them if they have a question, I tell them how to play or do something, or I do anything they need (Unless it 's giving OP or commands/power to be bad or just something I 'm not allowed to do) I also want to have new experiences with new people and how they act. For example: I want to see how people react to different people or how they react if they die in a game

I think that I would be a suitable candidate for a helper because I really like helping people, I am a caring, accommodating and patient person that will ensure that I can try to make the server become the safest and nicest place to be as possible. I believe that I have the qualities required to be a staff member because I take things seriously and I am responsible and sensible when it comes to dealing with problems. With problem solving, I have proved to have been successful working solitary, or as a leader of a team, and working as part of a team, all of which I believe I am considered a good listener, also I stand out from the crowd with creative ideas and helping other members of the team that may not understand, when I am on my own, I can also focus and get on with the task at hand. This has made me understanding and sometimes submissive, these qualities would help people that are new to the server or need something explained to them.

I felt as a staff member I was very fair and treated everyone equally. I am going to be completely honest in that I am very new to this sever. But I instantly knew that I wanted to be a part of it. The welcome I got was outstanding, and I think many people on the server can agree with me on this. The current staff members are incredibly helpful and are able to keep there calm over players deliberately being awkward and deal with it accordingly. As I am personally from the United Kingdom I feel that it will be important that I am on during the hours that the US staff may not be able to be online for. While I am on the subject of activity, I would be able to be on the server for 3-5 hours during the week, and 4-7 hours during the weekend. I think that that is a suitible amount of time to be active on th server taking into consideration my school work, while also being active on the forums and also in discord. Being active on forums and discord will be a big priority to me as I am aware that the server does not just run on minecraft but is important on other platforms. One thing I think the server is lacking is a staff member who will be active on all aspects of the server. I don't think this lacks just on this servers but on many others. On a server I was applying on, I nearly equaled my forums and teamspeak time to my playtime. I'm still yet to find out if I got accepted as this was 5 months ago. And I quit
