Before I enrolled in the medical assisting program at Milan Institute, I was working as a medication technician. I decided to go back to school to provide a better future for myself and family. While in the program, there were many times when I wanted to quit but, my support team is very strong and wouldn’t let me.
I am writing this easy to tell my plans after graduating from high school are to, Go to a two year college at Bossier Parish Community College. And I will taking Physical Therapist Assistant. Knowing math will help me in this field because in this that field you have to know math and science. Even though that math is hard for me and it is not easy to do i need to learn how to do it. In the following paragraph i will discuss how knowing math will help you in the medical field.
My name is Lititia Woods, but I prefer going by Tia. I have attended college for Cosmetology and Medical Assistant in the past. I currently do not hold any degrees, and this one will be my first. I have prior sales manager experience in the lease-to-own business, and look forward to managing a business of my own. I'm excited about achieving my goals, by attending Bethel
In Year 8, a radiotherapist came into my school with a request - to help him develop a game to explain the process of radiotherapy to his patients. I decided to help out of curiosity, thinking that it would be interesting and that I'd learn something new. It was during the development process that I learnt my first lines of Python - which I now use extensively for my programs. That experience fueled my fascination with technology and its impact on the world around me, watching how the application of computing in other fields has bettered the lives of others.
Time is going by so fast that I cannot believe the second semester is coming to an end, but on the other hand, I am very happy and proud of how well we are all doing. The program has been very intense but equally rewarding. Our instructors are always there for us, teaching us, challenging us, supporting us, listening to us, encouraging us, and always remaining dedicated to our success as students and our futures in the field. I also love working in our clinical sites. I enjoy being able to serve patients and offer them medical care as well as relief, comfort, and positivity. Taking x-rays and reviewing and critiquing my images is not only educational but also interesting for me. Every patient is different, and every exam is a unique experience. My goal is to always take the best diagnostic images while collimating close to the anatomy of interest, exposing the patients as little as possible, protecting them and their family members or any personnel involved in the case from unnecessary radiation, and having the lowest repeat rate possible. I am still in the process of learning how to achieve this goal, but I feel happy about my current performance and
A mission statement is a statement of the purpose of a company, organization or person; its reason for existing; a written declaration of an organization's core purpose and focus that normally remains unchanged over time. A personal mission statement is developed in much the same way that an organizational mission statement is created. A personal mission statement is a brief description of what an individual wants to focus on, wants to accomplish and wants to become. It is a way to focus energy, actions, behaviors and decisions towards the things that are most important to the individual. My statement is what I plan to accomplish in my life.
As a graduate of Heald college in Concord California, I have excelled through the academic curriculum for the two years that I have spent my commitment and dedication to earn the title as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. The phrase, “why are you going to be a really good medical assistant?” Well, I don’t see myself as a really good medical assistant. I see myself as an individual who is devoted into the medical field which is a passion that I see fit in my line of duty. I feel that being a really good medical assistant does not define who they really are as a person in the medical work force. The phrase really good as I see it is a person who knows how the do the job but does not give any aspect of the passion or the need to learn more.
As I have almost completed my sophomore year of college, I know what my career goals are at this point. I am currently on the physical therapy track planning to declare the major of exercise science: applied kinesiology. I became interested in PT after hearing many appealing things about it such as: the rapid growth and demand of physical therapists, the purpose it serves, and financial stability that comes along with the rewarding work. I am eager to learn about the functions, progress, and healing of the human body in the most natural manner, and through exercise science my knowledge in this study will certainly grow.
My future aspirations in this field are two fold. First, I want to be able to work with a Professional team to provide the best patient care under the guidelines of Radiation Therapy. I would like to be part of a team that makes patients feel as comfortable as they can in a both physically and emotionally demanding time. Second, I would like to be involved professionally in research and development once my skill set and experience support that level of professional growth. My ultimate goal is to pursue the certification of Dosimetry, and become a Medical
I hope the new year is treating you well! This year I am a sophomore at the University of Evansville. I am pursuing a degree in exercise science and hope to one day become a physical therapist. My dream job would be to work in an outpatient physical therapy office. The time I have spent at the University of Evansville has been something I will look back on fondly for the rest of my life. I am involved in numerous campus organizations, such as the exercise science club, physical therapy club, national society of leadership and success, and hall council. My favorite organization is Hall Council, because it has introduced me to some great people that I am proud to be able to call my friends. I also have the privilege to be the vice president for
A Radiation Therapist treats cancer and multiple other diseases patients have by administering radiation treatment. In some cases, employers only require completion of a 12-month certificate program to be hired. But, It’s more likely to get a job if you further your education with an associate’s or bachelors degree in Radiation Therapy. In most states, radiation therapists must be licensed. To become a licensed Radiation Therapist, you have to graduate from a radiation therapy program and be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Mostly every college offers the schooling it takes but the highest ranked college in the U.S. for Radiation Therapy is Oregon Health And Science University in Portland, Oregon.
Over the course of time, I have learned that learning is essential if you want to be successful. Whether it is about life skills or school, learning is a habit that everyone uses in a way to become successful. One of my main goals is to obtain the most out of college so that I can input what I learn in school in the outside world. Meaning that I want to learn as much as I possibly can in any course, especially in this course. I expected this course to be a review of my English class during my senior year of high school, but I extended on what I had previously learned about English. As this semester of ENG 111 ends, I can say that I have improved skills that involve grammar, structuring a paragraph with supporting details, and opening my
I am submitting my credentials for admission to the Ph.D. program in Organizational Behavior at Purdue University because I want to pursue a career in teaching and organizational consulting. To be more specific, I am interested in studying the factors that influence employee motivation, employee productivity in different environments and the effects of layoffs on employee motivation. In order to better understand these issues, it is extremely essential for me to have a strong command of various areas of organizational theory, psychology as well as management principles.
From an early age, I have been fascinated by how things work. It seems, listening to family, that I was never satisfied with a simple answer that machine runs on power; but always wanted to know more. As I completed my undergraduate education in ________, I became more and more interested in pursuing an advanced degree in Biomedical Engineering. My well-rounded educational pursuits thus far have served me well, engineering complimented by a sound background in the humanities and hard sciences. I have, though, a robust passion to learn more, to hone my skills even more in a field that has simply exploded over the past decade biomedical engineering.
Dedication, determination and passion, which I follow in every sphere of my life, are key to success. During my high school years, I chose biology as a major and by the time I had graduated, my interest and curiosity in biological studies expanded exponentially. The more I was reading biology, the more I was engrossed in it, particularly in Molecular Biology. That was the moment, I decided to pursue a career related to these fields. So I got admitted into the department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at University of Dhaka, which exposed me to the curious world of biochemistry and molecular biology, and satiated my thirst for life sciences. I became mesmerized thinking that how tiny molecules like micro RNAs regulate key phenomenon of the body
