I play on XBox, and I regularly play with my friends. For me, the most exciting part of the game is definitely jumping another team or individuals base, catching them by surprise is such an adrenaline rush. I think the game is so popular because it’s the perfect mix of cooperation, action, and hilarity which immediately draws people in. Being in my senior year and accepted into my University of choice, I would say playing it every night is worth taking a hit academically, it is a good way to let go and destress after 3 and a half years of grinding school. I think it can have multiple effects on mental health, both positive and negative. Gaming can just as easily generate happiness as it can serious frustration. I think it depends on the person.
