I liked Aunt Silda and Tripp’s characters the most. I liked how Aunt Silda was serious but at the same time funny. She would go off topic when she would smell alcohol or smell a cigarette burning, I found that funny. I also liked how she was pushing Brooke to publish her book because it’s what Brooke wants. I really liked her aloof comical trait. What I liked about Tripp was, he gave a nonchalant vibe. He was the one who would comfort Brooke and talk to her in a supporting manner. When he was making a joint and telling her how he also faced many hardships, he connected with Brooke in a more personal matter. He was on Brooke’s side from the beginning, being the supportive brother. At the same time, he would also try to calm the rest of the family
One of the characters I would like to discuss is Richard, played by Hunter Mruz, because he was one of the characters who really stood out to me as very profound and interesting personality. In my opinion he was one of my favorite actors to watch as I felt some of his lines or discussions ere very vital to the story as they provided key clues that you had to pick up on in the begining to help get a better understanding of the story. He showed good voice inflection and was very active when saying his lines. My all time favorite scene he is in is when they are being pulled over by the sheriff and he has to try and talk the cop out of a ticket but it completely backflips. He says to the officer “Well I
Another character that I love is Aaron Burr, which is controversial. I think that he was so honest, he knew from the beginning that Hamilton's ambitions would kill him. Aaron was a people pleaser, and very relatable. One character that I absolutely hated was Maria Reynold, granted it takes two to destroy a family, I hate how she didn’t own up to her mistake. The scene where she keeps on denying the fact that she didn’t know that her husband was going to blackmail Alexander, this proves the point that she didn't
Sue Monk Kidd makes me admire most of the characters in the novel, but the
Ava Buras played the role of Annie Cannon. She was my favorite actress because she had the best emotion and was absolutely perfect for that role. Sarah Dean played the role Henrietta Leavitt and she portrayed it amazingly. She used her emotions to sell the character and she accomplished that. Jessie Duplantis played the role of Williamina Fleming and she also did amazing. She used hand gestures and face to portray this character perfectly. Katie Kitchen played the role of Margaret Leavitt and she had the best facial expressions. In my opinion she had the very best emotions and I think this because I really felt like I was actually watching real life. As a whole, all the characters did an amazing job and they all had very good emotions.
Jackson was very outgoing, but didn’t pay much attention to things going on in the world. Brooke was a sweet, pretty girl
In Down The Rabbit Hole by Peter Abrahams, Ingrid is my favorite character because of her determination, her observations, and curiosity.
Cooney Potter is my favorite character. He tells how he acquired a small piece of land from his father, and through hard work, he became quite prominent, but never satisfied. “Wishing to own two thousand acres, I bustled through the years with axe and plow, Toiling, denying myself, my wife, my sons, my daughters…” He says that his hard work killed him before he reached the age of sixty. He had achieved the American dream in the physical sense—but he had never taken the time to enjoy it.
In my opinion the best character in the book is dally, the reason why is because of the fact he changes throughout the book. He starts of as an A-hole who doesn’t care about anyone but
I feel that way because Jane is so childish. Especially dating Jesse when she knows that Braedon is his best friend. I also really like Madison but really dislike Gabby. I like Madison because she's gets along with everyone and is very friendly. All Gabby does is harass Madison and try to sabotage Scarlett and Jane. I liked how the show was about the girls everyday normal lives. I hated how Travis made they do stuff they didn't want to. For example when Scarlett showed Gabby and Madison around U.S.C and Travis said “ Can your be nice to M an G” (Conrad 280). I felt that Scarlett is an adult she can do what she
She is loyal throughout the book and strong. Despite all of the hardships she has to face, such as losing people she loves and being involved in a toxic relationship, she remains dedicated to the truth in her journalism and with her father. The other character I liked was Maud because, even though Hiram was a stranger to her, she helped him in his journey and eventually even helped him become a better
My favorite character in this book would have to be Peter. He was a little bit of a tough guy yet timid, but wasn’t afraid to fight for his siblings lives. Peter was the oldest amongst his brother and two sisters and was most likely the brains and brawn of the bunch. In this story, Peter has to fight off a wolf to test his courage or, in Aslan’s words, win his spurs. He returns victorious and is knighted by the lion called Aslan. His brother Edmund, a very mischievous boy and a bother to his sisters Lucy and Susan, looks up to Him though he never admits to it. Peter was definitely the highlight of this book.
The most intriguing character for me was Mary. She is married to James and although she really loves him she had to sacrifice her dreams for him. Besides losing her dreams she also struggles with a drug addiction. Normally a reader or a viewer would expect personal growth from a character but with Mary there is little personal growth. She is stuck in pity and anger. The paradoxical factor in het storyline is that if she would really want to quit using morphine she would have to be away from her family, because every time she spends time with her family her addiction comes back in worse
My favorite character is Hannibal Lecter because although not very he tall he was a strong person. He is intellectually brilliant and he knows a lot about art and literature from all of his studies. He has an extreme ability to analyze a person and follow details. He is also very sensitive to the senses and uses them to influence people. He was a very successful man who was known throughout Baltimore as a highly accredited psychiatrist. However his downfall was that he could never talk about himself or analyze
For any situation conveying bad news as a health care professional is a challenging task, however it is a very necessary part of being a health care professional. I only can imagine communicating bad news to a patient especially when it details a chronic illness. With all of the learned work and experience even a seasoned health care professional at times have difficulties telling a patient of a not so pleasant diagnosis. Diversity in patients also play a key role with health care professionals ability to relay information respectfully and accurately. The counselor that I had the pleasure of interviewing utilize a universal technique acquired from experience with working with diverse populations.
Cultural and ethnic issues are part of our routinely clinical practice challenges where our clinical setting serves many people from different countries, religions, race and ethnic, and languages. Thus, the clinician should consider these issues while treating the client and should be aware about the complications that may occur due to these issues. Ethnic group can be defined as a group of people who identify each other based on cultural and social or national experience and common language (Oxford Dictionaries, 2013). Cultural issues could be referred to the sum of knowledge, beliefs, meaning, attitudes, religion, customs, hierarchies, roles, etc. that are acquired by a group of people or generation.
