In a red brick house, on 13 Ebenwin Avenue, California, there lived a father, a mother and a daughter, by the name, Leah. This, however, was not just an ordinary family. In fact, let’s just leave it at that there was constant arguing and fighting between the parents, and the police were after Leah’s father, a master thief, Adam Heman. One day, in late April, Adam’s and Leah’s mother, Charlita Zchynz’s arguing got way out of hand. Leah was reading her book silently, when she heard banging and shouts.
“Uh oh,” Leah said out loud to herself. “The police must have discovered that Daddy is a thief. Oh boy, I hope they don’t arrest him. And what about me, they might arrest me too. I’ve participated in some of his plans.” Leah raced into the kitchen,

I’ve already found a lawyer. Her name is Brooke Malyrman. Soon, you won’t ever have to see your father again.”
“But Mother, you don’t understand! I love my father. I enjoy being a thief with him. I want to go visit him”! Leah said angrily.
“Stupid Adam, stupid Adam,” Charlita muttered under her breath. Well Leah, it’s too bad. I did not raise a child to be a thief. And I will make sure, at the trial, that I get full custody of you,” Leah’s mom walked out of Leah’s room, miffed that Leah has become a thief.
Leah put her head into her pillow and began to sob. Her father finally allowed her to be his partner in crime, only a month ago. He always thought that only boys should be thieves. Leah smiled at the memory of what had happened.
It was a warm day in late March. Leah had watched her father rob a house, and he came out of the house with fistfuls of money, smiling and laughing. She thought to herself, “wow, he sure is happy.” Leah had decided that she too, would like to rob houses. She went downstairs to meet her father. She told him that she wanted to rob houses with him. Adam laughed out loud. Leah was very offended. Leah had said, “why can’t I help you”? Adam told her that only men rob houses and that she was just a little girl. Leah decided to prove herself by robbing a house
“Earlier today, we learned that an attempt was made on your cousin’s life,” her father said to her. “Your mother has so much grief for your cousin, because of the actions that he has made since the past two years – deeds worthy of being told to all
“I had a dream, a dream of the past,” he said breathing loudly. “I betrayed them, I betrayed them all . I watch my mom and sister starved by the party without saying a word.”
Although with Jake, was his friend Nathan who was with him on Friday night. Jake is tall, skinny, and brunette and wants justice for his best friend. While the officers were questioning the boys, Anna’s dad walked in. Mr. Perry is a stern looking man that has had a bright reputation throughout Troy. “Where is my daughter?” he asked the secretary. She replied, “Sir, we just called her out of class.” Mr. Perry said, “I can’t believe I’m here for something my daughter didn’t do!” The second officer then pulled Mr. Perry into his office to look at the tapes. Anna then walked in and said, “Umm excuse me, where is my dad?” The secretary pointed towards the office. While my parents and I were sitting in the office, Anna, her dad, and the officer walked out. Mr. Perry said, “Anna I can’t believe you!” The officer then said, “A number of local governments have laws that hold parents responsible for vandalism committed by their children.” Mr. Perry asked Anna, “Anna would you like to tell Mr. and Mrs. Benson or do you want me too?” Anna replied, “Mr. and Mrs. Benson, it was me who did the vandalizing.” The principal, Jake, and Nathan walked out to Anna confessing to committing the crime. The principal said, “Anna you are suspended from school for 60 days and you are also charged with vandalism.” Anna cried while saying a sincere apology to my family and I. “Benson family, I am so sorry for everything. I
When he arrived at the camp, he saw his father picking up the trash from breakfast. “I’m sorry, Dad. I made a mistake,” Brayden sighed. “I’ve just been ... mad....” His father gave him a look of understanding and patted him affectionately on the back.
“If I weren’t so hell-bent on revenge, you’d be fine. It wouldn’t change what happened to our boy, but at least we’d have each other. I’m so sorry, Marc.” She closed her eyes and wept silently. “If I’d known what I was capable of,, I wouldn’t have unleashed my wrath–exacted revenge, but I had no way of knowing the damage I’d do.”
“Hey Jack, wake up!” “Ugh, is it time to wake up already?” Jack and Alex live together in Alex’s Mom’s house, Sheila. “I made you boys breakfast,” Sheila exclaimed to the boys. “Thank you,” said both the boys. After breakfast Alex and Jack went on a walk in the woods, it was raining out so they had their jackets on. “So I have it all planned out, if we do it Friday afternoon we will have the best chances of being successful,” Alex was telling Jack. “Did you get the guns?” Alex, knowing, that it is much easier to get a gun illegally rather than legally buying a gun Alex just went to a drug dealer to buy a gun for Jack and him. See criminals don’t follow the law, strict gun laws only hurt law abiding citizens. On their way back to Sheila’s they plan out a bank robbery.
There was once a girl who would always ditch school even though she was very good at every subject. But she would always go to a baseball field to practice for her softball game. She was very good at it, she knew she was good at it. But she never thought she was as good as she really is. Her name is Brianna Lopez, she is 15 years old, and very beautiful!
Aviane. Leah Martin Strauss somberly fingered the blister of pink pills from it’s nondescript white and pink wrapper with a resigned sigh. For a soon to be sixteen year old young girl, getting on birth control for the first time is usually an exciting, transformative occasion but Leah had a far more pessimistic outlook: She might just need it to protect herself. She gingerly peeled the small pill out of the blister and ingested it; just one week from that day, she could very well be happy to have taken this precaution.
“Hi, I am here for my husband, Charles Bryant” said Anna Bryant as she waited patiently for one of the police officers to get him out of prison. “Here is the money,” she sighed as her husband slowly walked towards her wearing an orange jumpsuit. “What happened to you?” Anna asked. “Oh I just got in a big accident while driving home from a club.” “Remember what I told you about calling me for a ride when you are drunk,” she replied. Anna’s family is very wealthy. Her father owns three mansions in Egypt. The last damage that Charles caused was very bad. She had to sell one of her mansions to pay for Charles’ destruction. Anna got sick of bailing her husband out of jail. It is the fourth time he has been in jail. “Let’s go home, Elena is at home by herself.” The only reason that Anna is bailing her husband out
It felt as her life had been turned upside-down, Evelyn Harper was a mess. It all began two weeks ago; one night had wrecked everything she had worked for. It was a night she would never forget. The twenty-eight-year-old would wake up several times during the night screaming, sweating, and gasping for breath. It plagued her mind during the day and her dreams in the night. It felt as if there was no escape, there was no way to ease her mind. The only thing that brought her any kind of relief was knowing she’d given physical evidence after the attack. There was no way these men could walk away from what they’d done to her; they would pay for what they did.
"Anima?" I questioned looking in her eyes squeezing her shoulders. "Jacob he-" she finished the sentence in a burst of sobs. She didn't need to say more. "We're telling mom and dad come on." "Tyler stop no please they can't know." "Anima Grace, you are not going to let him get away with this." My anger boiling inside me
During the beginning of Leah’s freshman year, she was a duckling learning how to swim.
Seth sat silently in the back seat of his mom’s car. He had been staring out the window since 9:00 this morning for the past 10 hours he had been in the car. His mom had frequently been checking on him through the rearview mirror, but he didn’t blame her. He knew that she was worried about him. After all, until 3 months ago she had been in the same state of mind he was right now, so he knew that she understood what he felt like. On some levels anyway. She couldn’t fully understand what he was going through since she hadn’t been the one to cause the problems. Yet here they were, making the annual trip to Seth’s grandparents house the only difference was the were a man short this year. Their home was in Minnesota only 5 miles south of the Canadian border and in the middle of nowhere. It took the police 50 minutes to get there and there were only a few people that shared lake Kabetogama with them.
It was not the first time she had been robbed, as a young boy ambushed and stole a bracelet from her while walking home some years ago. Her son was able to recovered from the suspects.
Ellie and I lay in our beds, neither one of us knew what to say. In the other room, our host parents were arguing. We didn’t know what about, but we knew it was serious. Then we heard a “THWACK” followed by silence. Ellie and I sat up in our beds and looked at each other, I could tell she was as scared as I was. “Was that? Did he just?” she asked me. Then the arguing started back up again. We calmed back down until we heard it again. “THWACK” We knew then, the noise we heard, was him beating her. We got up, our hearts racing; neither of us knew what to do. We got our nerves together to go get help. When we opened the door to our room we saw the children sitting on the couch crying out for their mother. I could see the fear in their face and I knew something needed to change.
