Ronald Reagan was elected the forty-fourth president of the United States and served terms from nine-teen eighty-one through nine-teen eighty-nine, this presidency created many foreign and domestic problems that shocked the whole U.S. Ronald Reagan was also a family man, knows the value of work and is self-reliance.
Ronald Reagan before his presidency was not just a politician and started in radio, film and wanted a television career in many great cooperation’s such NBC and starred in many films some including “The Voice of the Turtle”(1947), “The Girl from Jones Beach” (1949) and “King Row” (1942). Two years after Ronald Reagan ran for the spot in the California Govermentship by a lead of more than a million votes compare to his candidate opponent, then by ninety-eighty he was able to run for presidency against Jimmy Carter. Making Ronald the Oldest person to be elected president at the age of sixty-nine, but being elected wasn’t going to home free, meaning that there was going to be critics that didn’t like his viewpoints or opinions on the United States. There was an attempt of assassination on his life and was hit but wasn’t enough to kill him.
Furthermore due to all his fame there was problems about Ronald Reagan actions with the decisions made with Iran on signing the nuclear arms treaty that ended the Cold war. But there was also problems with the overthrowing the left-leaning Nicaraguan government with money that made
