The purpose of this letter is to request that BIA move forward and provide an approval of Rock Canyon Holdings, LLC (“RCH”) Leasehold Deed of Trust (“DOT”) to Business Lease PSL-47(A) as presented as well as the Construction Note in the amount of $650,000, as Lessor has determined it is in their best interest. This encumbrance will facilitate the initiation of construction of a new single-family dwelling unit on lot 21 of Tract 2366. With that being said, we respectfully request that the DOT be approved as submitted so that the RCH may commence construction as all required permits have been obtained. Furthermore, as per the BIA’s checklist for Commercial Deed of Trust, this letter serves as land owner’s consent for the above-mentioned transaction.
