Aside from Shiba Inu, another famous breed of dog that’s definitely making noise on the Internet is the Corgi (or by using the right term used by serious dog lovers, the Welsh Corgi). Corgis are these cute little dogs that have stubby little feet that increase their cuteness level by 100 folds. Since these feet are short, it makes them look like trotting when they are actually running.
Corgis are like the Tyrannosaurus Rexes of the dogs. They can bark loudly and even bite some of your toes and fingers because they were bred as herders, but these characteristics are softened up with their tubby little feet.
Imagine this one. You’re a dog and you’re inside a doggy bar where all the breeds of dogs hang out. This little Corgi intimidated you and
Armando Christian Pérez, (born January 15, 1981)[3][4] better known by his stage name Pitbull, is an American rapper. His first recorded mainstream performance was on a solo track from Lil Jon's 2002 album Kings of Crunk, which featured Pitbull rapping over Jon's production. In 2004, Pitbull released his debut album titled M.I.A.M.I. (backronym for Money Is A Major Issue), under TVT Records; the album included production from high-profile producers Lil Jon and Jim Jonsin. Pitbull later released his second album El Mariel, in 2006 and his third, The Boatlift, in 2007.[6] His fourth album, Rebelution (2009), included the hit single "I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)", which was his first internationally popular song, and ultimately peaked at number
English bulldogs are no longer a fit healthy dog, and people are now saying that there is no such thing as a healthy bulldog and their poor health and survival is a result from selective breeding. English bulldogs suffer from almost every possible disease. A 2004 survey by the Kennel Club found that these dogs die on average at an unfortunate age of 6.25 years. Over the years the English bulldog’s physical traits have been breed to the extreme. Their faces have become flatter, the legs have shortened, head is larger and the well-known under bite has grown as seen in Fig.1. Although these traits seem to look ‘cute’ or ‘desirable’ to humans it is having a massive effect on the dog. The shortness and shape of the English bulldog today means that
"Bark Bark" I hear the sound of my Pitbull barking for me. I walk through the door from school there she is jumping right on my legs. I feel that Pitbull's are great pets because, they have fine characteristics, their different in their own ways, and they have many facts about them.
Pitbulls are not aloof – they like to remind you regularly of how they feel about you, and in general this means a lot of tail wagging and kissing.
They were chosen as fighters by all kinds of bad people. They are extremely loyal, strong, and have a high pain tolerance. These traits are what are looked for in fighting dogs. Their loyalty makes them willing to fight to the death if it will please their master. And the pain tolerance contributes to the desire to use them.
Dogs are regularly called “man’s best friend”, however, there is one dog breed that is not getting much love, which is the Pitbull. Pitbull’s are notorious for attacking children and adults without warning and they are labeled the most aggressive dog breed for the past few decades. Some areas of the United States have even banned this particular breed from coming within city limits. However, the breed is bouncing back after a few decades of continuous bad rep. There are activist that state it is the owners, not the dog breed because aggression is learned. Pitbull's are a misunderstood dog breed that is feared because of their supposedly bad temperament and aggression; while in actuality, Pitbull’s are some of the most loving, loyal, and dedicated dogs that anyone could ask for.
This tells us that this breed of dog is very different than others. They also regularly rate near the top of the league tables of dog attacks in NSW by the Department of Local Government. Even though they only make up 6% of the dog population, they cause more than half of dog attacks. (It’s Time Para. 5)
Ruff ruff! This is a noise that we hear every single day just about everywhere we go. It’s a sound that we just can’t block out. The only thing different between some of us is that there are some people that are scared and wonder what dog is making that bark. They wonder how big that dog is, or if it is a nice or mean dog, but most of all what breed it is. When people see certain types of breeds they assume the worst. Which is exactly what people in the world think about pit bulls.
During the decade that I bred, raised, and placed English Bulldogs into their new forever homes, I ran into many issues both with the dogs and the people I encountered along the way. Although I researched the breed thoroughly prior to the purchase of my own English Bulldogs, I still managed encounter health and temperament issues of the dogs, as well as the common greedily natured people wanting to breed them to make a quick buck. There are, however many wonderful owners of English Bulldogs that love their dogs immensely; often treating them as they would a child and spoiling them rotten. These types of people were the very reason I began to raise English Bulldogs. Since I too had experienced the great love of this breed, I decided to
Sports hold tremendous value in American society and all athletes have at least one thing in common: the risk of getting a concussion. A concussion is a traumatic brain injury (TBI) that results from a direct/indirect action or force that causes the brain to shake rapidly within the skull (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC], 2016). This injury can mildly or severely affect the brain’s function by damaging brain cells and producing chemical alterations (CDC, 2016). Throughout the years, concussions have been more prevalent not only in professional sports, but among youth, college, and recreational sports as well. Despite the remarkably high statistics on concussions in the U.S., many cases still go unreported (Groce & Urankar, 2016, p. 22). Sustaining this injury can significantly set a person back physically, mentally, and emotionally. Due to the risks and health issues associated with concussions doctors, athletic trainers, coaches, and lawmakers are getting involved to protect athletes of all levels from receiving concussions.
In my defense I have owned two pittbulls, one red nose female named Tutu and one Blue nose named Blue. These two dogs are absolutely incredible and they have a soft heart. When I was pregnant with my daughter Tutu used to lay right up under me all the time and she would lay her head on my stomach, she'd also get very jealous if someone would sit next to me and she couldn't lay her head on my stomach. After my daughter was born I would put her in her swing in the morning and Tutu would run up to
The Dane is gentle, quiet, loyal and affectionate towards its family. This breed would rather lean against you for a pat, than be aggressive towards anyone. The Dane is great with family children but small children must be supervised carefully to avoid knockdown. The Dane is so large that it must be socialized and trained to behave very cautiously around children and pets. Because the Dane is so large early obedience training is essential to prevent it from exerting dominance. Young Danes, up to three years old, can be boisterous and need strict supervision. Danes make excellent
Labrador retrievers are one of the most popular pets in the United States, but not always for the right reasons. Many times people will get a lab hoping it will fulfill their dreams without even considering the pros and cons. Labs are typically very loveable, and energetic, but they can also be very detrimental.
